  1. ^+1 The last thing I want to do is advertise I'm carrying...might as well put a big bullseye on it too.
  2. One word...Revolution...the only fix
  3. Wish I had the money, I'd be all over that! Had an '84 1000R and loved it.
  4. Still gotta get plates for the Interceptor, needs tires so I didn't get them yet. Giving up my vanity plates this year. Not giving the OSHP the extra 15 bucks, they can kiss my a$$.
  5. I just got the sticker for one of my bikes yesterday, was due in December, no late fee.
  6. Got mine on eBay last year.
  7. Yep, seems like we turn invisible as soon as we get on our bikes. Got a new shirt to wear this year...hope it helps.
  8. Those are three of the best out there. As stated above, you can't go wrong with the 700. My 700vs 22-250 is the most accurate rifle I've ever shot out of the box. I've been looking at getting a .308 my self and am considering the Savage, mainly due to the adjustable trigger...I believe it's the only one with a factory adjustable trigger. An I personally would not go with the Tactical model, probably one of the Varmint models. Better ballistics with the longer barrel.
  9. Sounds pretty good man, wish my '08 didn't have the undertail, would be allot cheaper to modify.
  10. And here she is with the newly installed accurizing kit and compensator...shoots even better now...trigger is awesome!
  11. Now why would anyone say the MKIII is hard to disassemble?? Getting it back together is another story...but not too bad...and WAY more accurate than my friend's Sig. And not near as picky about ammo.
  12. I have both the 400 and the 700. Don't wear the 400 anymore, 700 is lighter and much more comfortable. Tried the 1000 and didn't like it, thought it was way heavier and didn't like the internal visor.
  13. I've been using the Ram-Mount on the Interceptor with no problems...also have a ball mount on the Shadow that clamps onto the handlebars and can switch back and forth. Pictures are my old GPS, need to get the mount for the new Magellan.
  14. This is true, but they are both leading up to the same outcome...dis-arming America.
  15. Ok, here's a little article that's not trying to get you to buy anything... http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/foreign-policy/1079

  17. Just ordered a Kholster today. Glad I got to reading this thread. Today is the last day of the sale, $35 shipped. Price starts going up tomorrow. Been wanting an IWB holster for my 1911 and have heard good things about the Kholster...and allot of bs about the crossbreed...maybe more about the owner and not the actual holster. Anyway, couldn't pass up the price. Will comment later after it arrives and I can wear it for a few days. Thanks Hoblick!
  18. Colt makes some of the finest revolvers out there...don't think you can beat a Python if ya want to pay for it. A friend of mine has a Ruger GP100, I've shot it a few times and it is very nice and extremely accurate. I really love my little Taurus 85 .38sp. For a snubbie, you can't beat it for the price. I'd put it up against a S&W anyday.
  19. Taurus Mod 85 .38sp mostly...my full size 1911 when I'm dressed for it.
  20. Looks very nice. I'm still kicking myself in the a$$ for selling my '84 1000. And yes...with the Cobra F1R pipes it had it sounded awesome!
  21. I carry my .38 snubbie in a Galco IWB. Looking for a good IWB for a full size 1911.
  22. Ok, so what's up with this Polar Bear Run? We just ride out and get a pin? Is there a ride involved? Anybody going? Been away from the forum for awhile, and the bikes for that matter, but this sounds silly enough to be fun...and not too far of a ride. I usually try and make a short ride every New Years anyway...didn't know I could get a pin for it:)
