If the court can't see your face, how can they confirm it was you driving and speeding. This isn't a problem with real cops because they obviously come up and talk to you. If there's no good mug shot, there's no proof. This is why those cameras face both forward and back, that way you get your mug taken and the license plate at the same time. Bang, proof. That won't work so well with a tinted visor. Haha

Just don't pay. It's a civil infraction. That's exactly what happened in Arizona. And if you have a bike and wear a full face helmet, be sure and flip the camera off as you go by. These things rely on facial recognition and admittance of guilt. Smoked shield screws that.
