  1. That image is straight from the mfg site. I HAD to go check into it!
  2. Yes. Forgot to reply when I had the time.
  3. Always helmet, gloves, jacket, and steel toe work boots, then most of the time I also wear my riding pants. When my commute was under 2 miles, I wouldn't put on the riding pants, but now that it's around 20 miles, I tend to use them a lot more. If I'm just running in to town, I usually leave them home. The ironic thing is that those short trips where I (and many others) neglect a piece of gear is probably where I will need it! The areas that we feel most comfortable, short trips, etc. are where we're most likely to have an incident, since we travel that area more.
  4. Just because we have an unlimited time to pay it off, aren't there any other adverse effects for holding it in limbo? *EDIT*: I'm asking because I don't know, and it's a bit more than my feeble mind is able to learn right now.
  5. Well, we actually have B.S. in there now!
  6. What is so different? I know that the federal budget is MUCH more complex, but to put it in a nutshell that we all can understand, to know the proportions of the huge numbers that we hear is fine. Once you get into the millions, billions, and trillions, it's tough to get the perspective of how far off they are in relationship to each other, and being balanced.
  7. :tinfoilhat: Name and address. Easliy available info. I'm not gonna sweat it. So what if I get a couple more pieces of junk mail to throw in the trash. It's on their dime, even though it isn't very "green" to send out paper junk mail.
  8. Add me to the list that got the email. I replied as well.
  9. It might be a couple weeks before I get it.
  10. Fixed. You're almost as old as Fonz now! Ok, about 7 years off.
  11. I will get it soon. Well, as soon as the funds are available, anyway.
  12. They're going to make him keep his one bullet in his shirt pocket to keep him from shooting his foot, too!
  13. And I'm going to guess it's per item?
  14. Yes, and we need to be extra vigilant, that's for sure!
  15. That's pretty much what I've heard about the .40 round in general. It fires at quite a bit higher pressures, making it snappier, has more muzzle flip, compared to the .45 having more of an inline push. He has a specific reason.
  16. That's what I figured, I just didn't know how specific they were. I'm familiar (in a good way) with the local PD, even though I don't live actually in town out here.
