Congrats! I know exactly what you mean about the excitement level! I was a liitle excited when we went in to have my son, almost 2 years ago, but once he was born, I was literally speechless! I get to do it all again in June, too!

I think Pauly would be surprised, maybe even impressed with what you can do with a GM computer! I'm not sure on the newer stuff, but the pre-OBD2 ecm's could control boost with the right OE-based software, stuff that's free for the DIY crowd. The source code is out there for the older stuff, and many people have hacked and tuned it like crazy!

I win, I win! I don't care, because most of what I do watch, the small amount of TV that I do watch, is recorded on TiVo (a REAL TiVo, not just a DVR) and I can skip the commercials! -
They're not that much harder to work on than a 88 Iroc. I would rather have the Iroc though.
