  1. Well said man! This group was AWESOME to ride with! The stopping at EVERY turn, the response to rick's crash and helping him get it moving to get it out of the field, and pretty much everything about the group was awesome. The weather could have been a bit warmer and a little less wind, for sure! I'm ready to go again, on the next CSBA ride!
  2. Nope! I didn't see this when I made my last post. I think the right thing to do has been posted. Find a way to contact the guy whose name was on the title before your's. Get your story straight, with somthing substantial being traded, or something like that, or fess up that you lied and pay some taxes on it. I don't like having to pay taxes on something that has been taxed before. The original owner has paid a HUGE chunk of taxes on it, and every subsequent buyer of the same vehicle pays the taxes again! On top of that, you get taxed when you license it, and even taxed on every drop of fuel you put into a vehicle. Oh yeah, don't forget that you're taxed when you get your license to drive a vehicle.
  3. I tried on a lid with the internal visor, and I'm still not sure about it. I think it was the HJC, and the visor seemed to come awfully close to hitting my snout when it was down. Maybe I just need to try a few different sizes of helmet? Who carries Shark helmets around ventral Ohio? I'd like to check them out.
  4. Some things are better left unknown...
  5. It was good meeting you, and all the others that I only know as a screenname from here! I seriously only remember seeing you at the start, and when we stopped for Rick614 going offroading. That's when I left though, and I didn't get to enjoy lunch with the group. I hope all works out with my schedule next time.
  6. utorrent doesn't have to be used for illegal activity. There are legit uses for file sharing.
  7. Disable user account control. It was even worse in the beta versions! For MOST stuff you do in 7, or even Vista you should hardly ever see that, other than installing programs. I'm guess you didn't actually use her computer much, other than installing stuff for her....
  8. It was just a message from Jagr.... We all know how much attention we should pay to him..... Actaully, I had forgotten to check it out from when I noticed earlier. I don't pay much attention to that corner of the page.
  9. Thanks for the heads up!

  10. Oops! I have the taskbar set to auto-hide, why did it open it up? Maybe I didn't watch where I had the mouse when I did that? Next time I'll just take a screenshot of the active window.
  11. I think it's a best buy exclusive, other than refurbed through toshibadirect. We got one for my wife a few months ago, same exact model, with printer and carrying case for $429, and I though that was a good deal. Hoestly, I don't think that what you see in 7 is much different than vista, when it comes to daily use. A few things are better though. The biggest thing with 7 over Vista is that it runs better. Faster and smoother! As for the the pre-loaded crap, there wasn't much on the wife's either. In fact, there wasn't much loaded on mine when I get it over a year ago, from toshibadirect, or a friend's similar model to mine that he got around the same time at retail. I think they're cutting out the of loading so much crap on them, free trials and all. They DO load Symantec trial, and I think MS office trial, but that's about it.
  12. Sam, you wanna borrow my 250 for this? As long as he's speed limited to about 80, that would be fair.
  13. See if you find anything peculiar in this photo: Resized screen capture of the OR home page.
  14. I think he's challenging you.
  15. But if you can shoot em year around, who cares!
  16. I LOVE toshibadirect.com! I had no problem reccomending a a refurbed laptop from there, either. Toshiba quialty is top-notch!
  17. I think you said it really was a survey. Chuck in the round file and not worry about it, since I don't think they can require you to do a survey. Couldn't tell you for sure without seeing it though, and no, I'm not asking you to post it up.
  18. So did I, but I still made part of the ride. In all seriousness, family stuff trumps riding MOST of the time.
  19. Ouch! And rrdude, If I had anything faster, I'd be passing you, or injured. I'm at least smart enough to know my limits, and nake sure that I can't exceed them! (ok, ok.... I could really stand something faster than the 250, I know that.)
  20. So, she went out on ebay and found a sportbike cake pan, over this thread! The kid was fine with it anyway, he doesn't know the difference.....yet!
