How would we measure results? We would be at different starting points, for sure, as I am in COUCH mode right now. I'll be doing the couch to 5k thing, I think. EXACTLY where I am. My weight is NOT an issue, at least not by more then 5 or 10 pounds. My problem is that I am WAY out of shape, and my cholesterol is a little bit high, the doctor says I need exercise..... DUH!!! Now tell me something I don't know! My other thing is that I just feel like crap all the time, lethargic, lazy, something like that. I know that exercise will help. I was going to start tonight on the c25k, still might even, but some home "issues" slowed me down a bit, right now. I might just go for a decent, brisk walk.
