the 15th was just a reg. track day but there was someone on a white ktm doing some test an tune and doing some launchs on pit lane

No problem, yeah Steve is really cool. He was helping my buddy and myself out quite a bit. His suggestions are a big part in my getting down in the 42's. He helped me with my suspension earlier in the month also. The other coach next to us, Jason, was helping us also.

I plan to get out there also, probably the twilight and one other day.

You too bro, sorry I jumped over to help Steve out(guy next to us) turned out his 7 way down to 4 had a bad connector pin so I happened to have a spare and gave it to him to get home. He was super cool, I don't think he is on here but dude is a Statey, SWAT certifed, and really good rider. He tried to help me out the first session but I was too slow and really just seeing what was up, so he took off to help control etc.

Need to get back up there 1 more time this season for sure, maybe the next max twilight but I think I do prefer the Mon/Tues over the Max.... Just my personal feeling.

I hear ya. The sun messed me up a couple times also. I went wide though, thought I was going to run off into the grass.

Gotcha, ya it was only a time or 2 when the sun was setting and I couldn't see jack. Other than that I didn;t have to lift at all. Neyra went by me on that little straight between 1-2 and omg I thought I was being passed by a jet fighter he was going so fast.

I never realized how fast 1 and 12 both are. I've played in the sand on 12, kept it upright, but that is a faster turn than I give it credit for.

Good meeting you R1crusher and RVTPilot. Track was awesome Tuesday. A couple of the coaches help me sort out my suspension and ran my fastest times ever. Had three laps in the 43's. Previous best was 44's. Hope to meet more of you guys at the track next time.

Someone chopping the throttle like that is scary. You are coming up on them so fast its hard to react in time. Glad no one got hurt. Not sure if it was the same session but one of the red flags occurred because of this same thing back in the esses. Someone chopped going through the esses and everyone checked up. One of the coaches got hit from behind, he stayed up but the rider went down. I know the coach and he was telling us about it. He said he came really close to hitting by buddy as well.

If you make it look for a white chevy avalanche next to an OSU ez-up. There will be my r1 and my buddies beemer. Both with track plastics. Would be cool to meet some more people from here.

Updated! I'm still waiting on work to make sure I have the day off before being completely commited. But I may try to find some of you guys since not many people I know will be going this round. I'm just trying to burn the credit I have and use up the tires before switching out for the next race weekend.

I will be in Intermediate.

Semi check-up on this. Weather looks to be great on both days, but I can only get Monday off.

FWIW, I've done 4 of these and they have all gone off without issues. Anything can happen though.

I would agree with that if it were ideal and there would not be any stoppages for any reason. But if they red flag things for 20 min. you just lost a session and now you only get 4. Granted the same thing can happen at a normal track day but you have more time to let you get back on the track.

I'll still think about it some more and see if I can work out the logistics.

I hardly ever buy stocks anymore since I started buying options. So another buying opportunity today is fine with me. AAPL and GOOG with their large fluctuations are excellent targets for this. I personally think those two will recover rather quickly.

Not true. You have to start somewhere. My first trade 10yrs ago was only for 400.00. Tripled it up and went from there.

honestly though, the average joe has no business investing in the stock market anyway. you're not making much money unless you dump 50-60k into it.

Yes you can if there are spots open. I called on friday and the lady said they close online registration at noon the day before the event. They had still 25 spots open in I on Friday.

I just checked their site it dont show 6/27 only 6/28 do you know if you can show up and pay

Wanted to share some of Hoblick's PC work. I had him PC the rider and pass pegs, rearsets, pass peg brackets, shifter linkage, and rear brake flat black. The parts came out awesome. I can't say enough about how easy he is to work with. Dropped them off Sunday evening and he had them ready lunchtime on Tuesday.

Dunlop Q2 190-55/17 rear. Sides are worn but perfect for the street. lots of rubber left in the center.

Bridgestone BT002RS front and rear. 190-55/17 120-70/17.

Dunlop D210 front and rear. 190-55/17 120-70/17. Stock tires off the R1.

I'd still run all of these on the street if that's all I rode. Want to get rid of all of them at once. $50.00 for all of them
