  1. What's the harder thing to put on, do you suppose? The oil fill plug, or the two allen bolts holding the cover on the oil filter?
  2. And I quote: Rattle rattle shooka rattle rattle shooka chunk brum brum!
  3. I Iron Butted to Deal's Gap and hit it a dozen times or so, rode the Skyway and some other roads with some local Aprilia Forum riders, and came back in the space of three days. Then hit a track day at Mid Ohio three days later. Yeah, I had to fix a couple things after the ride to get ready for the track day.... A new set of Bridgestones' did the trick. And debate Aprilia's role in the 250 class. Honda had to do away with it to again become a smaller displacement force, barring Aoyama. Simoncelli, Bautista, Biaggi, even Rossi... They even had some good finishes with Corser a few years back on the RSVR SP. And it's the clutch that sounds crap, IP...
  4. Sorry I couldn't head out today. I get to take my lunch waaaay late today. Can't wait until 4:00...
  5. Besides, chicks dig Italian Bikes.
  6. As in go faster bits... Or brake pads too for that matter.
  7. Another twin fan here. In the twisties it will run with the big bikes. My favourite story is having a R1 breathing down my neck on 715, and all the power it had still couldn't pull on it out of the turns. He finally did pass me though... when he missed the turn and went straight into a access road at warp. Chris P... that's for you. Lol! 120hp might not get the fastest down the back straight at Mid Ohio. My friend Christy on a GSXR600 can get her bike 18mph faster by our measured braking points. But start up a twin and feel torque like it's supposed to be felt- starting under 2,000rpm. Check on the Aprilias too. The used ones are priced low, and now Iron Pony is a dealer, so parts availability should be good. And chicks dig them.

I'm around the corner from there. When you see a red Aprilia there, that'd be me. They have some EuroBike Nights there too.
  9. Easy to say, and shows that true adversity has never been faced.

My girlfriend and I worked on this routine for a while. Hope you enjoy. http://sendables.jibjab.com/view/gF0YzdWwwO2s2Gxg?cmpid=jj_fb_friend
  11. That's nuts! I can't imagine taking pictures while riding. I do everything on M though. But even on P... Left handed with gloves? WTF??? I rode with a camera over my back and would ride ahead faster so I could set up a corner for friends. It's unnerving having $3,000 over the shoulder though. This guys an artistic genious and a damn fool at the same time...

Brilliant! Keeping the camera out of frame, yet still taking the picture following classical compositional rules. Ass= center of interest. Well done! Lol!

I laughed a good two minutes with this. Need more...
  16. That's your fault! The roads are here- just have to know where to look...
  17. The old "My Friend" buggered a sheep in Las Vegas stories, and now pays child support stories.

    This picture makes me happy.
  19. It was a clever diversionary tactic though...

    What's for lunch?

The steak taco fresco style is good. 9gms of fat, and the combo is under $5.00.
