  1. Are you talkin to me? You already have 1 more cylinder than I do, how many more do you need?
  2. +1000, this should be the first mod done to every 675. I dropped over a second per lap at Nelsons after this mod. I didn't have to re-grip the throttle anymore, got much better drives out of corners, and no more arm pump.
  3. Dang Kevin. I hate to hear this. Hoping and praying that the back/spine injury isn't anything serious. Not to downplay the rest of his injuries but those will heal. I'm sure you will find out more details later, but make sure they get him to somewhere that specializes in spine injuries if he's not already. And don't take no for an answer from the insurance companies. He is in my thoughts and prayers.
  4. Bring that GS 850 to the track some day and you too can be part of the festivities. And don't tell me it's too old/slow/rusty. I'm sure you can keep up with the 250's.
  5. Touche, but as long as I know you were still trying when I passed that's all that matters in my book!
  6. Lol that is pretty close to what was on the track bike. Too bad it scraped when the bike was leaned over and I had to get rid of it.
  7. Wasn't stock, that one had a Jardine slip-on on it. I think it is one of the better sounding exhausts on a 675 anyways.
  8. No, I'm familiar with CR but it wasn't there. This was a mustang forum I used to be on.
  9. Hmm, I have no idea but I'm interested to find out what the answer is.
  10. A moment to reflect...and thank you all again. I know some of you but most I don't. You all have shown nothing but support though in a tough time for me and my brother. I know some of you probably dug a little deeper in your pockets than what you really wanted to, and I truly appreciate it. I've posted this raffle on a few other forums and have gotten mostly great responses as well, but I was just blown away by what happened on a car forum that I used to be a really active member on. I got comments such as "1 in 200 odds isn't good enough for me to blow 80 bucks" and "I'd rather take my money and put it on 00 at the roulette table" etc. It then got so far out of hand I just wound up deleting my posts from the thread and moving on. With that in mind, I just wanted to take a second and thank everyone again, so Thank You All! For the kind words, thoughts, and prayers as well as buying tickets.
  11. Hello and great choice on a first bike! You may find it's all you ever need for the streets. Some of us have even reverted to scooters, lol.
  12. Looks good, I especially like the tree Brutus! Started my man cave in the spring, but only got as far as putting up the studs in the basement and doing all the wiring. Then the sunny weather came around and I lost interest. I'll pick back up when the snow flies, lol.
  13. I'd like to as well, but have 2 weddings to go to on the 29th so can't make it.
  14. Hey now, she is getting old and maybe a bit of a whore, but she's not ragged out!
  15. Thanks Tony! And I added a few crappy pics to the first post. Of course it was raining yesterday, I thought I could sneak it out for a few pics but it immediately started raining again. I'll get some better ones later.
  16. It's a nearly bone stock bike. The only mod is some all black levers.
  17. We got a bit of a late start too but we're on our way. We'll probably be casually late, take notes at the riders meeting for us.
  18. Thanks now only if I could get some sleep, gotta get up at 5 to head to Beaver. I've just got a million things going on between this raffle and helping set up the benefit my family is having out in PA in a few weeks.
  19. Ok thanks I will be looking for it! Also I just realized my PM inbox was full. Cleared out some of the junk and made some room.
  20. Wow, awesome Scott! Cash is always good. I'll bring actual raffle tickets to work as well so you can give them to your friend. Paypal is just easier for people I don't see in person. Also, just to let the rest of you know as I get your payments I am filling out real tickets for you. Just finished with them today. 200 tickets printed, ran out of ink half way through, lol.
  21. I hope so, that would make things easy on me! Thanks again to everyone!
  22. You're getting the hang of it. Keep up the good work.
  23. I think that is the plan. Save some room on your grill for my meats, lol. I didn't get in on the clam/crab/steak bake in time.
