You don't think it would make it very difficult to get an accurate scan without your eyes dilating?

Good question, but doubtful. I guess retina scans are out of the picture for anyone that gets this done.

Well, you can have both hands on the wheel while talking to your passenger, right? For the most part people still hold their phone up to their ear while driving which eliminates one hand...and texting takes your eyes off the road , my guess, 33% of the time you're texting. I'm just saying that having a passenger in your car isn't the same.

I'd really like to get on this...but I don't have a pea-shooter. Oh well, there will be other chances. I've got a question...if I remember right, if you're transporting a firearm in your vehicle you're suppose to have it stored in the trunk, right, with the ammo in the glove compartment? How does that work with the CCW? Also, what's the rules on carrying while riding? Don't beat me up, I'm new at this.

Laws ARE important...but let's be real about this...if someone wants to do something, they will. I'm not saying legalize selling crack just because they can't stop it, but I think you should focus your law enforcement personnel on more important issues.
