ill have to take it apart and look around a bit. You have to move the switch towards the kill direction a fraction of an inch to get it to work correctly. So i never use the kill switch anymore. The bright, when im turning them on its the same, mm's of movement sets it correctly in place. Started happening around the same time.
does your cbr give you error codes on your tach? I know my 06 R6 does and you can look them up to see what it is. If your CBR doesn't do that, did you recently put in flushmounts or nething where you might have crossed some wires? Or are you just saying that the switches work fine electrically but mechanically they're not moving right?
