  1. I wouldnt say that this particular electronic attack requires a physical reaction rather than a returned electronic action, but some electronic actions can and will require an immediate reaction using force. With the amount of information on the electronic data bases around the world, everything from general info to top secret info, it can be devastating to our economy, military forces, defense capabilities and many other things which would require more than an e-mail or a hacker.

I agree, this is kind of what I was eluding to, I think that with the ever changing technological world... eventually we'll see a retaliation of physical force from a "virtual attack". Because our society is so dependent on online banking and internet, that a major attack there could probably effect the country just as negative as someone bombing us. So far tho', they're yet to do any serious online damage, lets hope it stays that way

  2. sorry to double post, but can you imagine his parents... wtf...

when he was born, they knew he was gonna be a loser, they were like my son will be a f'ing gangsta, its in his blood, its his calling, and we shall name him "d'alcapone alpaccino" I can't imagine convincing my wife... ehh I know "gabriel is a pretty boys name, BUT i've really always dreamt of having a "d'alcapone" for a boy.

Can you imagine the nurse that filled out the birth certificate? I bet it was like watching "millionaire" Is that your final answer?

And if D'alcapone has kids, what does he name them? I go with D'tommy Devito (that was joe pesci's character in good fellas)

    just food for thought

DAYTON, Ohio -- A Dayton man named after a notorious mobster is wanted on a charge of murder in the city of Dayton.

Montgomery County prosecutors have charged D'Alcapone Alpaccino Morris, 21, with murder, felonious assault, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and kidnapping.

According to Sgt. Gary White, officers believe Morris shot and killed Richard Pogue Jr. during a home invasion in early June.

Another man, Michael Guy, is also charged in connection with the murder. Officers found him already in jail on unrelated charges.

White said Morris should be considered armed and dangerous. He said they have connected him with two Dayton gangs, and officers believe drugs were involved in the crime.

"The victim had arrived at the residence with both suspects, and as a result of what transpired inside the house, he was shot and killed," White said. He said the victim did not live at the home on Kingsley Avenue where he was killed.

White said they have information that Morris may have recently shot himself accidentally in the leg, and may be in need of medical attention.

If you know the whereabouts of D'Alcapone Alpaccino Morris, you are asked to call 333-COPS.

  4. +1, to those suggesting an "eye for an eye" approach. Electronic attacks will be countered with electronic attacks. One should not want to escalate the situation beyond the virtual space. If DPRK escalates, then we have the strategic option to escalate to their level.

I say we unblur their Hentai and send it back to them. Fry their little Korean brains.

Justin, i know we usually disagree but I want to give you a +1 rep for using a "hentai" reference...

  5. We recently had some cyber attacks on government websites, trying to redirect traffic and crash government websites so that those who needed access would not be able to get it. The government has gone as far as to say that the attacks came from North Korea. If they were government sponsored attacks....

Should nations view attacks on "virtual space" (which is a threat to national security) similarly to physical attacks? Do attacks like these constitute aggression or cause for military action? I'm just curious to see people's opinions on this...

  6. thats pretty sweet, i'd be curious to see what percentage goes to rear wheel vs. front wheel since its the rear wheel powering the front is it like 90/10? still very cool and a step in the right direction!

  7. I always heard, "practice as realistically as possible." That looks great if your practicing for duck hunt... otherwise just use bullets and knock down some steel. IJS.

hah well with the availability of ammo, cost, and the practicality of being able to go to the range EVERY day, sometimes you gotta improvise. Besides, dry fire exercises are great to practice "trigger control" because you can focus on depressing the trigger without worrying about anticipating recoil, milking the grip, etc... Then when you go back to the range with some practice, hopefully you group your shots closer :)

I'm not saying its a substitute for actual shooting drills, but its a nice "filler" for between sessions.

  8. I know i've read that many of you on hear have Glocks. If you're like me you want to practice your trigger control by dry firing but it becomes annoying when you have to reset the slide after every trigger pull and cant practice multiple shot dry fires. Well I read an article in a magazine tonight that gets around this problem for Glocks and many other dual action pistols. I don't have a link to the article because its not available online, however I did find a nice video on youtube that explains the same thing. Basically you fold a piece of cardboard into the ejection port in front of the firing pin and it allows you to still have the trigger reset and continue to do multiple trigger pulls! here's a link to the video!

  9. any ideas as to where to look around the dayton area for appraisers? if i google it ill have to sift through pages of "sell your gold and unwanted jewelry online!" crap...

Go to beavercreek jewelers in the shopping center near "ele" and across from marions on dayton xenia and north fairfield. It's a lil' mom and pop shop and they are super friendly! They gave me a free quote on my wife's ring for our insurance policy, plus if you ever need any jewelry work done they're honest and dirt cheap and do amazing work.

  10. Damn hippie! :p

I took my daughter to Peter Gabriel, Linkin Park, AND Hillary Duff. Guess which one I deserve dad of the year for?

That said, Snow Patrol and the Silver Sun PickUps are on deck.

I love silversun pickups, you're father of year for even knowing who they are haha

  11. hey for those of you in the south dayton area:

I just left the super walmart on kingsridge, hey had about 15 boxes of 100 rd winchester left. I went ahead and picked up 2, it was only 19.95 a box... so not too bad. Not as good as the deals on blazer brass but good luck finding that!

  12. wut? :wtf:

There is no way, short of proof she legitimately completed an Ivy league degree program and demonstrating she has knowledge of current events that I'd even consider anything she says, let alone vote for her.

She's ignorant and a hypocrite. I don't know whats worse.

I know whats worse, voting for a community organizer with one year of senate experience for president :D

  13. ^^^ its funny you say that, because of FDA regulations they have to say at least one negative/side effect about the drug for every positive thing you list in the commercial. If you've noticed YAZ has those annoying commercials they've had to air to point out all their misleading info in the first commercial. I'm all about drug companies recouping their extremely high overhead costs, but I agree, if its not OTC drugs, I don't think they should market it on t.v. because the avg joe doesn't have 12 years of bio/medical schooling under his belt to even evaluate if its a good option for them.
