I was looking for someone that could verify some long byte settings for some of the electronic/convenience settings, but VAGCom will do all of them... I just didn't want to go to the dealership and have the tech say "no idea where that setting is sorry"

IP and Don nailed it, I'm looking for a tech or someone with VAGCom I did shoot lenko a pm for some help with the settings. Pauly would your friend help me out? I just can't justify buying a VagCom for myself.

Aren't there test patterns and dvds you can run to eliminate LCD burn in? Or do those only work on Plasma?

Way too much money... I certainly appreciate "piece of mind" as much as anyone else, but this is just too much money for something I will HOPEFULLY never use. The "I'm ok" messages are a pretty cool concept, but I'm going to have to pass.
