i don't have a pullup bar, but I use the bands and it's a reasonable substitute.... yah Plyo was tough as shit, halfway through I wasn't able to do anymore jumping so I did "low impact", but really it was half ass, for the rest.
So help me understand racing etiquette a little... who was in the wrong on the first contact. Inside for not having clearance or outside for not seeing him there? I seem to recall someone saying it's always the passers fault but I dunno.
lol, awesome direction that went in. I didn't notice Justin's recommendation to do the Cardio X first... yesterday was Chest and Back and today was the Plyo shit.... as That Dude said... this shit aint a joke... For my normal activity level WATCHING the videos makes me sweat... so jumping right in is killing me... if you guys don't hear from me again I decided to get lypo and change my identity.

That is correct, I'd say I'm rather new to the race scene... at least the non oval variety I'm ready to pack up my shit and fly out there... rent a bike and some leathers and have some fucking fun. The wife has been bugging me to take a trip to Europe
There must be a whole lot of folks on here that make a whole lot more than me... or there's just a ton of old white people here... But either way, why do you guys so fervently push the Republican vs Democrat idea? Every party has been on a sharp decline while independent is on a sharp incline... so why stick so adamantly to the "I'm conservative you're liberal" when the majority of the folks no longer identify that way?
