That would be titties! Thanks to all for the advise. I went up and got the XD40. Couldn't pass on the $399 deal. It was just eating away at me. Took the gun over to Ohio Valley after wards and put 100 rounds threw it. Not a single issue. It shot great. And I love the extended magazine. Bought a second one while I was there. Next is CC classes!

Looks like a cheaper way to do it, than I did. I bought a Flash2Pass kit and installed it to the headlight. I pull up the alley flash my bright lights(which activates a transmitter) and opens the overhead door. No batteries needed. Cost me $65 off ebay

I just called Buckeye Outdoors to see if they had the XD40 subcompact that is in Vance's ad for $429 and they do. Then he told me that next month they will have the XD40 subcompact essentials (which is all they had in stock at Vances) on sale for $399. Its the same gun, but you don't get the holsters in the kit. Thanks for all the advise!

Shadowriders.net was getting a group together again this year to go to the Dragon in June. Guess that will be canceled, if they can't get it cleared till 9/1. That sucks!

I was looking at a Springfield XD40 subcompact at the gun show inCircleville and really liked the feel. Today I went to a couple gun stores and they recommended a M&P 40 that was around the same size or a Glock 19. What do you think?

We put a lot of alarms on garages and barns here in southern Ohio. This is a very common occurrence. One of our customers woke up one morning after falling asleep on his couch to find his garage to house door open, overhead door up, the quad and tools stolen. The bastard that stole his stuff had to be standing over him while he slept. He put out his cigarrette on his living room carpet, just a few feet from the couch! Needless to say he called the next day and had us install an alarm.

They didn't have Astro vans but customizing vans was big in the 70s. Today its mostly stereo shops that customize vans. Although there are a couple sites out there for Custom vans of today.

I have the same gun and have put around 1200 rounds threw it since I bought in late January. Its a good gun. Mine was $319 at Vances on sale for the 2 tone model. I'd be interested in a S&W 40

Had these on a Caravan. Never saw snow. 2 tires need replaced now(not holding air, cracks on the side wall), the other 2 will need to be replaced soon. The rims are in great shape. Asking $400 OBO

I have for sale 4 20x8.5 Veloche Villano wheels with tires that were on my Chevy Astro Van. They will fit any rear wheel vehicle with a 5x5 or 5x127 bolt pattern. They also have a second lug pattern for a 5X135. Wheel have your usual wear and tear, and the tires have great tread. One tire will need to be replaces due to cracking on the side wall, but it is still holding air. As a bonus I also have a 5th wheel with no tire. I was thinking of using it as a spare, but never got around to putting a tire on it. Asking $600.00 for then all. SOLD!!!
