  1. If I can stand up in the morning, Im picking mine up tomorrow. Although I do have to admit, after seeing the deal on the CBR I may have pulled the trigger a bit too quick. I've seen 4 of them relisted on Ebay already.
  2. Ship the fairings to me UPS, I have access to a full service body shop, we do great work for a fair price. The smell of your breath won't be an issue.
  3. Huh, negative unless you voted for Obama....
  4. Yes Sir, you are right. You wouldn't expect first blood to be drawn by a liberal would you. Exactly the same reason 62% of the American populace thinks the military strategy in Afghanistan should be left to the Generals and not the current President
  5. Please. Continue. Interesting I always love it when the liberals become intolerant.
  6. Man, that was mighty nice of you, and not even a personal bodyguard? So he rode it away? Harley guy 1, Pitt 0.
  7. Can I breathe bacterial pneumonia and swine flu on you? How much for that bobber? PM if you want. just curious
  8. Oh yeah, not to sway your decision or anything but think of the contact patch of thos tires. As your speed increases that contact patch gets a bit smaller. Don't skimp on tires and brakes.
  9. And your tread of choice?
  10. Is the exhaust full or a slip on? The PC is worth it but you need an exhaust and filter to get the most benefit. Don't think of it as HP gain only. Your motor makes plenty stock if it's tuned well, ie, fresh plugs, etc. The engine is an air pump. Within reason you goal is to move air through that pump (intake/exhaust) as efficiently as possible, Hence the re-map,PC, pipe, etc. It's still a compromise though. If you're looking for mileage, might try a moped. But mapped and efficient, you should still get 40 mpg roughly depends on your riding style.
  11. That is a smokin' deal on the Pilots, but still a $100 more than takeoffs. Depends riding in the rain? Who is STT-guy?
  12. This also is a good idea esp. on a budget.Never done it but several guys I ride with do. You might consider type of riding you will do and how far you will ride. Although 2 of my buddies rode all the way to N.H. last year on race take-offs.
  13. Pirelli Diablos Stradas, little harder wear compound in the center of the tire. Softer on the sides for grip traction.Rated to 149mph+ Best prices I've found are at Iron Pony, mail order. See if there's someone local that will mount them for you. I pay a friend of mine $15.00 a wheel for mounting on an air assisted changer that has protected spoons. Avoids wheel scratches
