Too cheap for cable. I'm a professional tinkerer. Here's some of the other things the storm wood had become.

So aside from making tables and stands for the new rifle range out back I also made a new bowl riser for my dobermans food bowl. At 11yo he is in great shape but has his aches and pains so that getting the food off the floor was desirable. All from storm wood except for the plywood sheet I used on top.

Or politics should be under time wasters. I didn't mean to call names, I just had to blow off steam. The endless tax increases and stupid manipulations of income and revenue. It's just a total waste of my time and money to pay them to repay me. Oh, and despite the gov site they say NO, they can not just apply it to future premiums.

You wouldn't think but one MC accident was over $14,000, I paid $5000 of it, the rest was 100% covered. I only carry major medical because I can afford a Dr visit or other BS. It's major injuries or illness that destroys most people. So I protect against that.

I was on unemployment for 9 months when the recession hit. Since then I've been making it on my own with side jobs and smart investments. I had enough foresight unlike our government not to go into debt when I was making good money. So I have not been on unemployment for over 3 years. Being still unemployed I fully plan to get MY free Health care, have every check up I'm allowed and go to the doctor for every F'n bo-boo I get. And NO, I won't pay a cent!

Friday I received a $29 increase on my $100 a month health insurance that has a $5000 deductible. Basically insurance for catastophic injury because of the big bills like when I had my accident on the motorcycle. This really put me in a I'll have to find a new policy mode. But today I receive a check from my insurance for $22. Here is why.... "THIS LETTER IS TO INFORM YOU THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A REBATE OF A PORTION OF YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS. THIS REBATE IS REQUIRED BY THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT - THE HEALTH REFORM LAW. THE AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE ACT REQUIRES (INSURANCE CO NAME) TO ISSUE A REBATE TO YOU IF IT DOES NOT SPEND AT LEAST 80% OF THE PREMIUMS IT RECEIVES ON HEALTH CARE SERVICES LIKE DOCTORS AND HOSPITALS" So basically I'll sent them a check every month for $130 and get a check for $23 which will be taxed by the government more then likely. More over you might realize that my rebate is not equal to the increase I received. So over all I received a 9% increase in my health care costs. Oh and this is determined on a state by state basis so other states refund may be higher or lower. Enough is enough! Time to end health care reform!

I think I'm close to done. Works good for sighting in the scopes. This was at a little over 100 ft with the 22LR and a Simons 3-9x36 scope. two movable target platforms and a bench for sitting or setting target bottle on plus the above shooters bench. All made from trees brought down by the storms. Now I can start practicing and man do I need it with the pistols.

As I've told others, guns out dogs in, guns in dogs out. Simple rules. So I made another purchase yesterday and got to try it out just before it started getting dark. No pics but it is a stabilizer for sighting in rifles and works perfect with the little table turned side ways. With the Marlin 60 I was able to get it sited in much better and shot a <1" grouping at around 125 feet. I'll be interested to see how well it works with a beast like a 45-70. Hopefully that will motivate me for step 3 of the buildit process.(pun intended)

Neither did all the other rider at spring fling.

After knowing the issues some XRL owner have had, I don't get the Honda brand loyalty at the prices they sell for. All I know is I still love my old 06' KLR and the mods I've made to make it more off road friendly. It's had few real issues that I didn't cause or allow to happen thru lack of maintance and yet it's been thru hell and back with me still on the seat.

Isn't shooting campers illegal? Have fun. Step one of my private shooting range is roughed together. I'll make refinements later. Next step will be a target holder.
