I can't really say what happens after 2nd session in novice. But I didn't think they just let novices run around at their own pace. I thought each group of novices were led by an instructor who you couldn't pass. Hoping some Mid-O CR's chime in.

This is completely true. No more free for all last 2 sessions in N. We do pick up the pace a bit though for group 1 and 2 the faster N riders will be in those groups

  2. I love Putnam, a personal favorite. Putnam eats tires though. Personally I'd replace them, 60% isnt much and that is still a month away youll be needing new tires after that day anyway. You're a good rider and will likely get bumped to Intermediate too. Get a set of Q3 for that day and then your mind wont be holding you back because youll be on tires fully capable of Advanced pace that will still have a couple thousand street miles in them after that day.

    Just my 2 pennies

  3. Have 3 GPR damper.

And 3 mounts for KTM RC 390.

The damper are universal the mount kits are bike specific. If you have a 390 I have you completely covered.

If you have a different bike you can buy just the damper and can get your bike mount from GPR.

    $200 for damper only

$300 for complete with 390 mount

  4. Have several sets of race take offs available from our 390 MotoAmerica bike.

They fit all 300 bikes and 390 bikes perfect

they will also work on 250 but are not oem size.

They are the new spec tire for this season so all new production dates and all excellent for lots of street miles or several track days. Most sets only see 25-30 laps some less. Tons of life left. $75 a set

    Dunlop Q13SP

    Front 110/79-17

    Rear 150/60-17

How is it in the low gears. One of the problems I had with the 250 Suzuki's in the MRC was that in first gear it sucked going slow and I had trouble with slow maneuvers unless I put the bike into 2nd gear.  I think that is one of the reasons also that the instructor suggested a bigger bike.

I am tall and will the ninja 250 be comfortable?  I dont want to be uncomfortable riding otherwise it will make it not good for me riding the bike and and will cause problems with me learning to ride better.

I want to get a R3 because it fits me well but need more money

A 250 cruiser and a 250 ninja are completely different in power, power delivery and handling.

Im starting to wonder about your instructor
