The difference is it's not a crime for a cop to approach one with gun drawn, you however, completely illegal. You can't approach someone with your gun drawn that is no threat to you. That is my point. I think you missed that in CCW class.

That is one of the rules changes I'm planning to propose.

I have no idea lol. I bought the wheels and tires as a set, used already mounted and balanced. Not had them off, Craig got a flat on the rear though at the end of the day, I picked up a tube on way home and will have it apart one day this week and find out I guess. I've never messed with tubed tires till now.
