  1. Crap, why do I have to agree with Tonik.
  2. Your body is going to use what it easy. That being said, it really doesn't matter. If you think about it, burning 500 cal running is still going to use up 500 cal so it really doesn't matter if you do it before or after you eat. Just don't eat to compensate for the 500 you just burned off.
  3. I agree with ip that being said I use an old cellphone.
  4. I raced a stock bike except suspension. I finished very well. The suspension will give you tons of coincidence. I know the people in the pits were laughing because it was so quiet. Exhaust and a tuner will not really gain you anything other than noise on the street.

  9. My Trek 1.1 the day I picked it up. Unfortunately with the weather I have mostly rode it on a trainer but that will change once we get nice weather. I think I have only put about 40-50 miles on it outdoors. My specalized hardrock disk. I really need to get this thing out in the mud soon.
  10. If you get one make sure you can set the delay times for the shifts. Being on the street you will probably have to lengthen the times so that it will work smooth.
  11. I changed my diet just over a week ago, my weight loss has stopped. Hopefully it will pick back up again once spring gets here and I can get out and run/ride.
