  1. Try calling McAlister Camera on Sawmill 766-1865. They'll transfer a 60 minute 8mm tape to DVD for $19.99. GL!
  2. I ran into the same scenario begin to develop a couple years ago in Zeleski. Waiting for this broken down pickup with two genetic misfires in it to turn first. Birdshit in the passenger seat gives me the wheelie sign and they make their turn. I turn behind them and just pulled over - let 'em get as far away as possible. Glad you're OK, man. That was a hell of a story. Where's the GoPro when you need it!!
  3. From the description I thought the place was like Wedgewood...it's more like pick-n-pull.
  4. I bought too much PlastiFix®. 2503 Kit (Black). If anyone needs it, $30
  5. Call Ohio Motorcycle 3747 Park Mill Run Drive, Hilliard, OH(614) 334-3198 They have the plain metal keys and you can order the factory keys with the plastic.
  6. Best in show, right here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CDjqQFln72E&feature=related
  7. How did you move it onto the trailer?! And then move it off?!
  8. I put an override on my FJR1300. Used a relay that fed the fan directly. If you're going to use the factory fan relay, you should put a diode on the signal wire coming from the ECU. You don't want to send battery power back through that. Running the fan takes a ton of juice. You're going to be using it in traffic when your generator isn't making any current. The bike gives fan when it needs it. You don't need any more. I never used mine.
  9. Walmart has Mobil 1 15W50. 5 gallon jug for $26.
  10. ^and unbelievably easy to use. Read the reviews:)
  11. TFP! Can't wait to watch the 1000's.
  12. No, she's right! Think about it! At 80 miles per hour your tires are going so fast that based on their circumference, there's no way in hell that they could travel that far in an hour so you cut it about in half. It's a compromise so you can be fair to both large and small tires. Simple!
  13. Check out Woodcraft. Raised RC bars over 2", very involved job but it's like factory.
  14. Horrible arrangement! At least everyone saw you. GYOK
  15. You have an 8?! I gots me a chubby for an Audi. A friend just got a great promotion so may be selling his 4 (not quattro)
  16. I think it's because the wallet's worth more than whatever they could put in it.

    Woodpecker

Same exact thing happened to me...including the reaction, I was on a bicycle, though.
  18. Still very easy. The throttle tube is nylon so it's tough - it may have taken a set, though. Have you though about getting some aftermarket bodywork for it? It's just unfortunate that the radiators are on the sides.
  19. I've never really golfed but there's a great par 3 course North of Polaris on Old State Rd. called Little Bear. I never have time for 18 anymore.
  20. If you don't look like a monkey when you're standing in it, it's too big. They always tell you to go against your instincts and try to get the most form-fitting suit you can take. Don't forget to sit on a bike with it. It's all about the bike.
  21. Unfortunately it's a wrap-around clip-on so you have pull the tree top. Use a screw driver to help spread the band when you slide the old bar off. The top nut on the tree of mine is 41mm. Don't worry about aligning the bar, there's a guide tab that helps you position it at the right angle. The switch-gear is simple - there are pins on the parts and holes in the bar so you get it perfect every time. Just don't spill out all you clutch fluid:(
  22. Now I'm all looking in my service manuals. My bike's not there yet but knowledge=good.
  23. What did you get for readings on the valves? How far out were they?
  24. Yea, and if they were really selling that bike for that price, it would be sold before the listing ever posted.
