My step dad had the exact same issue and discussion back in 2013. Unfortunately, he was way too nice and did not want to put people out a job so he tried to make it work. It didn't because of regualtions and tax changes so instead it literally killed him in 2014 and everyone was out on their ass.

I agree. I have had two Scorpions and a Shoei. Scorpion is a solid helmet and my shoie is fantastic. Bought my wife a Bell that was half the price of my shoei and I was jealous because it just seemed "nicer"
