I need to learn to make friends with my neighbors. I'm pretty much a I'll wave hello and be friendly but I don't know a single on of their names. I also think the youngest ones are in their 40's so they probably think I'm some young punk kid who was gifted a nice house in a nice neighborhood

If you get there early enough there are bar height tables and stools. I do not believe they have chair back ones but can't recall. Only issue with that is you can't see the field very well if at all. My buddy works in the new Corner Bar and its really really awesome what they did to renovate that area. Lots of a good local food choices as well

don't kid yourself, it never is our new place I thought was immaculate. We moved in and started painting and the amount of paint I've had to clean from the woodwork is ridiculous. I swear Helen Keller painted this damn place before us because it was a) hideous colors and b) just friggin everywhere

Seriously take that and run. We were on the market for 55 days and had 24 showings before the first offer came and 10 under asking. Countered at 5 under since he needed us out in 30 days and took it and ran

Showings don't equal offers so don't bank on it and lose a buyer hanging them waiting too long A lady did that to us when we were looking cause she had a bunch of showings scheduled for the weekend. She didn't get one offer and we pulled ours to buy the house we ended up in.
