Except for the asshats with the explosives in the campground, it was a really good AMA weekend at mid-o!

I see someone mentioned an 85 to get around. Just a heads up, the bike you ride needs to have a license plate on it... Otherwise, it will be impounded... It's been a rule for a LOOOOONG time. They won't enforce it too much in the camping area, but that is correct. Definitely can't ride it into the infield.
Within the camp area, the pit bikes are left alone during the day, but once they want to disburse crowds, impounding a pit bike in front of a bunch of people gets rid of everyone on pit bikes pretty quickly.
I've ridden my un-plated 70's all the way to the carousel from the camping area every year without hassle.
The only time I've been told to park 'em was at night.

Also slips easy on chicken strips in the rain.
You talkin about tar snakes?
Chicken strips are the edges of the tire that you haven't used because you're too 'chicken' to lean it over that far.

What do you guys know about the Shinko 705's?
Do it.
those will be my next commuting/gravel tire for my WR.

My buddy lunched his DRZ motor by putting too much oil in after a change. I guess there's a tricky methodology with the oil in frame setup.

Well if you're going to give it back, you're pretty much required to fill it up with Rick Astley.

I drive an ice cream truck and thus I'm a pedophile.
Wait, I think I'm doing this wrong...

If you enjoy Sriracha, you'll definitely like his thicker cousin:

cheap beer sucks when you want to have a beer maybe 2 with dinner.
when you want to play beer pong or flip cup, and drink 10 beers an hour, you dont want an IPA or something that costs 9 bucks a six pack. you want, nay NEED, something cheap. something that goes down easy.
Using a beverage for competition or binge drinking purposes doesn't make it "good", it makes it an effective tool. I drink plenty of cheap beer, it sucks, but it does the job.
-
Just out of curiosity...what are you drinking that's so high and above yuengling?
And before the haters start reading off the labels there, let me just clarify: That's one of the beer cases at my favorite beer store, but I don't think everything they sell is better than Yueng, just most.
-
well, there ya go
the last part says it all. its a CHEAP BEER. if you want a beer that you can pick up a case of cheap and pound down with your buddies and get shitty, this is it. its way better than budweiser, natty, coors, miller etc.
Cheap beer sucks. All cheap beer.
Yuengling is like first place at the special olympics.

this is crazy talk. go take your zima and GTFO
do they even still make zima?
From BeerAdvocate:
Yuengling's traditional lagers pours a light amber color with a small white head that dissipates rather quickly and leaves a little lacing. Smell is underwhelming, kind of bready, malty, but not very strong. Taste is malty, slightly biscuit, finish is smooth. A slightly heavy brew, but still easy to drink. Overall, it's a pretty good amber lager, and a great value as it can be had for prices similar to Budweiser. A go to cheap beer. -
One word, Sabrett. Unless you've had a delicious Sabrett dog from a street vendor in NYC, you shut your uncultured whore mouf.
I think this is a similar relationship to Yueng and Ohioans. The farther away/more elusive something is, the more desirable it becomes.

Good, now I won't have to listen to all the morons tell me "It's SOOOO GOOOD!! But you can't get it here!!1"
That beer sucks, 1 step above budweiser.

Out of curiosity, how'd you get caught?

A motorcycle endorsement will also increase your spelling and grammar abilities.

I don't think you got 'raped' per se, you just learned how expensive not being able to do your own maintenance can be. Also, some of your purchases were big-ticket items like the tire and oil-change materials and those would have cost about the same doing it at home.

Quote me now, I will NEVER own a minivan.
all right, quoted.

Sent you a PM.
No need to be private, we all know you're lookin for a minivan.

Per KBB and NADA my Sonata is worth more now than what I paid for it in February.
Yeah, my truck has only depreciated (according to those sites) $500 in the 2 years I've had it.
-
I bet that's damn near $1k by dealer prices.

Were you over at turn 8 on sunday? I was up on the deck and saw someone with a shirt, but I didn't really feel like yelling at a stranger.
