  1. Any recommendations for a good .22 target pistol? I'd like to start going to the range more often, but I'd prefer a more economic method to my 9mm, which I apparently can't find ammo for anyway.

I've seen a few of the 1911 style in that caliber that I think are interesting since it's such a historic design, but I'm not sure if that would be a good choice for a beginner.

check out www.RimFireCentral.com. Great site for info on .22LR's. I have a Buckmark and also a GSG 1911 style pistol. I tend to use the Buckmark a lot more. Slightly easier to clean / take down then the Ruger, in my opinion. I did look at the Ruger and the Buckmark at the same time, but picked the Buckmark Camper, in stainless.

  2. I bought a different brand pistol since I could not find a Shield when I was ready to buy.

The Shield is on my short list, along with a few others, as time and money allows.

  3. Sorry to hear you have a lot of things that happened early in the year.

My father passed June 2012. His birthday is Jan 31, My B-day is in Feb, and my parents anniversary is April.

This will be the first anniversary without Dad. They would have celebrated 46 years together this April.

Makes you enjoy day and make memories while we are here.

  4. I have a 2011 SUbaru Legacy. I bought a set of steel rims, tire sensors and Blizack tires from Tire Rack. My tire light stays on all winter, even with the sensors. The system needs to be "re-learned" each time the summer tires are added, or the winter tires are added. From a Subaru forum NASIOC (North American Subaru Impreza Owners Club) the Subaru only has one "channel" to monitor the tire pressure sensors.

SO, since the summer tires have the Subaru factory tire pressure sensors, the reciever part of the car is looking for those "summer" sensors.

I would have save the cost of the 4 tires sensors from Tire rack, since the end result for me is the tire pressure monitor light is still on in the winter.

The other option is to have the dealer, or a service shop "re-learn" the current sensors. The subaru dealer wanted to charge $35 each time I brought the car in for the "re-learn"

  5. I am not sure why some zombies seem to have a more motor skills then others. When the car was stuck in the mud on the side of the freeway, the zombies were clawing at the doors and windows. Some zombies you can just walk right by and it is like they don't even notice the show characters.

  6. I was able to get one ticket for the Walking Dead meet and greet at the Playhouse in downtown Cleveland on Feb 14th. Actually, the wife bought it for me, cuz she rocks.

The characters MAggie and Darrel along with a few of the writers are hosting a meet and greet, Q and A session. So, this should be neat, or possibly very super lame.

If I get a chance, i will ask about when will they go out forging for fuel and new clothes and crossbows / arrows. Unless that is part of the character identuity, like they do on the cartoon shows, where the characters have the same garments on the whole time.
