  1. I have sent several friends/family members to the same dealer & salesman I bought a car off of, which has netted him 3 sales so far. I got a good deal and he took care of me, so of course I recommended him to people. Maybe in the close knit "family" that is OSU Football word got around that this salesman doesn't BS and provides good service so he gets recommended to the other guys. Some salesman get paid by the volume of cars they move...not always the amount they pull off of each car. So if he said "hey send your buddies here if you want me to give them a great deal" then he was just doing his job as a salesman to move more cars.
  2. The best kind, the crazier the better!
  3. Get your post count up...all the restrictions go away.
  4. Look for an older Civic or Accord, preferably one that isn't rusted to shit. They make awesome beater cars and are dead reliable. Plus you will be able to get your money back out of them no problem. I will keep my eyes open for you, if I see anything I will send it your way. Hope your ankle heals quick!
  5. Looks sick man...love it!
  6. Ringo ftw!!! My Black Lab is named Duke...but also answers to Bubba because I call him that all the time. Squid is a good one too as gen3 posted, or Squidly.
  7. Colorado tickets...lmk if you can get a pair ....or Michigan St if APCh8r doesn't want them. Thanks!!!
  8. I appreciate that last photo...no seriously, very cool stuff.
  9. How do you know it was one of the "guys" that gave the horse the herp??? Could have just as easily been a chick, I have seen the videos...
  10. No pairs of tickets available?
  11. Glad you are ok man...that's kind of a good deal though about the roof. More $$$ for you to mod the HD now!!
  12. Sounds like a good time...wish I could have been there but this stupid "work" thing is really killing my riding time. LOL.
  13. 1. Unless it is seriously slipping or jerking then you should be fine, you will be able to tell if something isn't right. 2. I try and take it easy for the first 100 miles or so on new tires. Be especially careful if you get stuck riding in rain within those first few miles. 3. BMV would have all the answers and paperwork you need...give them a call. 4. My first bike I had for 1 year, it was a Ninja 250. 5. Some bikes you can move the lever around which may help or adjust it for closer reach to take some of the work out of it. Each bike is different though. Lubing the cable as mentioned is a good idea too. 6. I carry the factory Kawasaki tool kit that came with the bike, a tire pressure gauge, small tube of red lock tite, and a mini led flashlight. A cell phone is your best friend if you break down though.
  14. LOL you are probably right.
  15. Usually I get "Wow that's a pretty color" from chicks...I agree Candy Plasma Blue is a sweet color though. From everyone else it is usually..."wtf kind of bike is that??" The baby Z's aren't common stateside and even people that know bikes aren't real sure what it is. I don't see the deal though, it is just Kawi's version of a FZ6 and it is a hoot to ride.
  16. Good looking CBR, GLWS. I may be doing the same kinda thing sooner or later except going to a SS bike from my Z.
  17. Maybe I'm being a newb, but why the hell would you tape over the speedo???
  18. The weather yesterday was awesome and QSL wasn't as packed as I thought it would be...but it was still pretty busy. If I wasn't working tonight I would be happy to roll to Hoggy's. Have fun and be safe!!!
  19. Should have swung by the old circuit city lot across the street first...that's where we usually meet up and bs before going to qsl.
  20. Yeah I will be going...see ya at CC around 7.
  21. I was like 7 or 8 when I first rode on the back of my neighbor's bike...scared the ever loving shit right out of me. Funny how things change, lol.
  22. That is FUNNY...and the price is absurd!!! I sold my mint 2004 Ninja 250 for that much with 6k miles on it...that thing lbts fo' sho.
