Ahh I hate that plane...lol. There are always a shit ton of cops on that section of road (saw 3 today between Marysville and Plain City) so I usually take it easy on that stretch. Usually the ones I see hauling ass though there are around shift change at Honda.

Welcome, BEAUTIFUL Z1000!!!! Those are one of my favorite bikes..especially the 2010's.

The Vols have had an abnormally good year though. They are tough, but I agree we are still the better team.

My Dad had it done and loves it, I have been thinking about it as well...just kinda nervous about the procedure.

Welcome!! Like the HD.

Pretty impressive...

I dunno about the .380 being too weak...I wouldn't want to be hit by one. Personally I have a Kel-tec p32 with the extended mag and hollow points. Its so light, feels like you are carrying a cell phone and it is very slim and very easily concealable. The extended mag gives you the added grip you need to make it very comfortable in your hand. Call me a pussy but I like the .380's and .32's , however I would NOT go any smaller than these.

That's crazy!! I would have crapped my pants if a dog had punctured my tires and chewed off the bumper of my car...yeah I wouldn't be getting out of the car...lol.

Wow that sucks...RIP riders. This is one of my major fears while riding is being rear ended from someone not paying attention. I am always watching my mirrors at a stop and stop way back from any cars in front of me to give myself at least 2 ways out if someone flies up behind me.

Yeah those were both WTF worthy...those brothas were really putting it to that poor piece of furniture..lol. I wonder how much ass that video got them??

lol thats great stuff right there...cool vid. I figured that bag would have ripped and blown off on the highway.

Clean bike, looks good.

If he could scrape together a couple hundred more dollars I would sell him my 2004 Ninja 250...its very clean.

Definitely baller...lol

I use a leather "swat" tactical type of boot (don't remember the brand). They are very durable and very well padded. I think they would hold up pretty well in a reasonable crash, plus they are comfortable enough to wear around off of the bike.

I got the same comments from everyone when I started riding...mostly about how irresponsible it is when I am a dad to two little girls to do something so dangerous that could take me from them. I use the same logic as the rest of you that I could also walk out my front door and be hit by lightning, or run over by a bus, or slip on the ice and break my neck, or something along those lines. When it is your time to go it is your time...and a person should definitely be more afraid of not living life to the fullest instead of dying.

Welcome!! Nice SV.

I have a 2004 that I am trying to sell. It is in very good shape with around 5,900 miles on it. I was looking to get around $1,600. Sounds like u may be looking for a "fixer upper" but I thought I would let ya know anyway.

Used to be into cars, mostly Mustangs and other FoMoCo performance. I owned a 1993 GT Vert, 1995 GT, and a 2005 Mustang. Then kids happened...but I am thankful because getting "out" of cars made me open my eyes to motorcycles.

Definitely get the best gear you can afford...as well as what feels the best on you, because you want to be as comfortable as possible fully geared up so you can just enjoy the ride. Also, if you are a new rider, take the MSF course...it will teach you the basics of riding a motorcycle plus tell you how to apply these concepts in real world scenarios. You should also pick up a book like Keith Code's "Twist of the Wrist 2" and read it cover to cover. Hope this helps, this is what I have done and so far so good.

Yep I was out around town today, felt great...a little too cold (for me) to be hitting the highways for extended time though. Roads weren't too salty up in Marysville area. Did see quite a few other bikes out today as well.

That's an awesome ride report...I grew up down in WV down on the Ohio River so it was cool seeing those pics especially.
