Welcome. What is done to your cummins?
-
You better at least make sure the spot you do this is deep enough! We both know you have a habbit of not paying attention to depth.

Sam did you upgrade to a Riva? Thru hull? After my recent run in with a shit ton of rock vs impeller, I started brainstorming and I am either modding the fuck out of this or trading for a brand new RXP-X and prob still modding it. I am still doing my homework though and I have not fully decided. I almost pushed the "Buy" button last night on a Thru hull, but the season is almost over. Do we need to plan on meeting up with you at a ramp around 630 or are you just going to find us?

Shanton I get off work at 1 on Wed so tell me what time to be there and I am down.

Come on, you know I am there! When are we gonna try to wakeboard from the back of my ski?

I would love to go on that trip but I don't think I will have the time before I go on orders. I really want to go somewhere for a vacation I just don't see it happening. I will definatly be going next year when I come home. -
Ha Ha, say no to trigger finger. Be safe. I am glad I am not on orders for another month, I was already told during this season that the SF that are on orders in other units around Ohio could be sent for relief.

We have a lease deal on a houseboat on Dale Hollow. That lake is fucking huge. Ours has 6 rooms on it that can fit 1 guy and 2 women in each room. Trust me I know this for a fact. -
speeding ticket/points on license questions
XChris1632X replied to Exploder95's topic in Passing Lane
Who cares, just stop speeding and you wont get anymore tickets:D . I told you that when you got the last one. Didn't your parents ever tell you to do as I say and not as I do. -
I think you just wanted to make everyone jealous by showing us all your "toys". The first one is sexy. The cars that is.

Well the compressor I was using finally gave out fully. I am looking to go buy one tomorow. I am looking at a couple 80 gallon 2 stage compressors right around 5 hp. I have always been told that is a good compressor to paint with and still be able to run DA's and such. I am hoping that I might not have the same issues with water with a bigger compressor and one with a 2 stage motor. My question is which one to get. I really didnt want to spend the 2k on the Ingersol I wanted so I will prob settle for one that is about 800-1k. I am looking a craftsman proffesional and a Cambell Hausfeld. I thought the Craftsman would be a little better product but they are the same exact price and the when I compared them on Sears.com the Cambell seemed to flow a couple more scfm then the Craftsman. Anyone got any recomendations for which to buy? Or should I just rent one from somewhere and not worry about it? -

I am down for a $20 speed run. I just finished picking all my rock out of my impeller, I have a couple chunks and bends in it now though so who knows how well it will work. Dont ever play follow the leader with Shanton, he will have you beached for sure:D . Fuck us for bulshitting and not paying attention to where we were going. I cant blame you though cause you were there to hold me afloat when I though I was paralyzed. The adrenaline was going so fast I though he was just going to take of and swim us both to shore. Thanks again to Andrew for taking us out Sat. Your parents are cool as hell too. It sucks I had to miss yesterday but I am sure it was pretty rough out there. Is everyone going out Wed? -
Aren't they 660cc not 600cc. Just wondering.

Yeah Shanton your methods of getting up on the wakeboard were interesting none the less, but deffinatly got the job done. I didn't do so well today, but I am going to use my earlier events to blame for me being so shitty. I am most certainly not feeling very top notch at this moment. Once I got in the truck to drive home and I started to relax, all hell broke loose on my back. Me and the bitch were talking tonight about maybe getting some of us together next week or so and going out on the lake at her place to just go wakeboarding and tubing all day. -
Anyone up for some dirt action next Sat? I am going to try to go to Happy Hollow. I believe it is the 6th.

Will all compressors this size tend to do this? Will it help if I go bigger. I am going to burn this thing up anyways if I keep using it. By the way things have been looking so far it doesn't matter where I put the filter in the line, water is going to pour out. Jesus could hold this filter anywhere in the line and he is going to get soaked with water. -

it is directly attached to the compressor and the line goes from the trap. -

I am thinking part of the problem is the fact that I am over working it and it is getting hot and drawing the moisture in. Any other suggestions as to why it is collecting so much moisture? If I was to buy a bigger one, say 80 gallon 2 stage 5.5 hp would that eliminate the moisture since it wont have to run near as much. I have always heard this would be perfect size for what I am doing. The 60 gallon I am using now is just cheap and worn out. I am thinking about either renting one or going and buying a new one. -

oh i empty that every 20 mins. it builds up rather quickly after 20-30 mins of running. -
I finally got my truck to a clean barn with plenty of room and a compressor to use so I can get this painted. About 20 mins into sanding on my truck yesterday the compressor is spitting water like someone hooked it up to a garden hose. It is a Cambel Hausfeld 60gallon/6hp but only single stage. I know it is a little underpowered for what I like to use but I am trying to make it work. The problem is that with the DA it is running so much that the water is just insane. I know it wont be as bad without the DA but it will be too much to paint with. I went to NAPA today and bought a $50 water trap filter and it isnt catching anything. Infact the water is just going right through it just the same as before. Having a lot of hose shouldn't affect the water build up should it? I am running with about 50 ft of hose attached, but I dont see how that makes a difference. What are some things I can do to make this thing work without water going into my paint job?
