A t56 swap is almost just as easy as swaping out your auto. Everything bolts right up. I did one in a day and that was taking my good ol' time. It was also very much worth the time spent, except the fact that the 2.23s left in the rear are killing 1/4 miles times.

There are plenty of reliable two strokes as well. IMO you cant go wrong with a yami or sea doo. They have both always been the two biggest names and have plenty of good history. The differance with the older sport models are their stability. When Shanton got on mine he said it felt like a boat, when I got on his it felt like I would be more stable standing one legged on a pocket bike. I kinda like the less stable ones, you get used to it but when your just cruising it gets annoying I guess. They can be more fun to throw around when your playing.

reliability depends on what kind you get. You really can get much more reliable than one of the new 4 strokes.

You know why I love cobras? Because they make me realize that I am glad I have a chevy. J/K I had to throw something out there. Really though I have a big sweet spot for just about any 03 or 04 Cobra, especially a black one. I have just not known as many people with them.

You could hear the supercharger? I can't really hear it on the ski except for a whine at a high idle and when it jumps out of the water it kinda sounds like a squeal to me. I have never heard it besides on the ski itself.

Sam when we were on any kind of wake I couldn't pull you top end. There were a couple time in the chop that it seemed like we were neck and neck. On the way back to the docks the water was smoother and there were a couple times that it felt strong but then was quickly to choppy for me to really get any type of top speed. Your boat is really impressive. Its got that bulky kinda look to it but moves as well.

We will just have to do it again soon and only a trained professional shall work the video camera.

I wouldn't say there was a clear "winner" or faster person. It was way to close to tell.

I cant this weekend but I would love to set up a place and date here soon. The military has me by the balls for the next couple weeks but anyone down for the Sat of Sept. 6th? We can all decide anywhere to go I guess. I would like to get down to Happy Hollow this year. I went a few times last year and had a blast. They have a drag strip, 2 mx tracks with some nice jumps, a shit load of hillclimbs, and quite a bit of trails.

Can't ths weekend it is drill weekend. I would love to soon though.

Hope you recover alright. At least it is a lesson learned. I just dont understand how you were going fast enough to do all of that damage to yourself but you were just pulling away from a stop. Maybe I missed something.
