About to buy a new washer and dryer but would like to hear some personal views if you have any about certain brands or models. Currently considering the Front load LG's, Samsung's and Whirlpools. I have heard some bad story's about front loaders smelling over time but have also heard they fixed that issue? would like to stay under $1,600 for the set but can go more if another brand i didn't mention is that much better. Thoughts??

Yea regular garden tractor...i would say about 5 years old.

Not sure, just the standard 48" i believe...Its the same one they sell at Lowe's.

I don't use it at my house, i use it to mow at my flip house in Johnstown. @Tonik I was thinking the same thing, last time i mowed it was running and cutting fine. Thanks Gump, I will check that out. Chris, I have 3 trailers so getting it somewhere is not an issue if its worth fixing? I made them write it in the deal on the new house i just bought, looks to be a nice mower and i know they are not cheap but not sure how much i should dump in it. Would like to keep it to mow my other house.

Going through the same thing now...I have a 46" Husqvarna that shut down while mowing, thought it was out of gas so added fuel and would not start. Checked everything and was getting gas and spark. Brother new a guy so he came over and said it had been running on one cylinder and the other went out and the mower has no compression. Asked my brother if i wanted him to take it to scrap. Don't know if it is worth putting a new motor in or rebuilding?

I carry my M&P 9mm in the front pocket of my tank bag with the zipper facing me for easy access. Very hard to pull a firearm from your pocket in an emergency situation, while still maintaining control of your bike while riding down the road defending yourself.

When i bought my new house a couple months ago the realtors would not even show me the houses we were looking at without the Bank pre-approval letter in hand.

I was at Begley's, only thing new i seen was a couple more of those 2 bedroom cabins.

Me either, hell i have only seen one Ranger up until this year. Like i said though the rumor was that they were trucked in from other areas, a guy that was at Williams came down the night before opening day and he said that they all stayed at the Holiday Inn where he was so they were definitely not locals.

Nope, I mean actual Police...they even had a K-9 sitting at the cemetery. Dog wasn't doing anything but sitting on the side but he was there. Two Rangers as well and they were the ones checking the passes.

Trails were almost to smooth...I had never seen a cop down there until this years opening weekend, they were all over the trails but were very cool. Only thing they were doing is checking to make sure you had a plate and a Wayne pass. Rumor has it they brought them in from other areas to show force for opening weekend, doubt we see them again unless its a major holiday like 4th of July.

Stop in and have a cold one with us sometime, mine is the one at the very top of the hill and MaxPower is right below me in the Tilton Hilton. May be there this weekend depending on what work i can get done on my flip house during this week.
