Nothing on the big bike but i did work on the little one... New tires, new bars, new shifter lever, new brake lever and perch. new front and rear sprockets, new brake pads and new chain adjusters.
I will be by for some pointers and cold water! Completely redid the bike after G&J...we will see how the new set up performs. Was hoping to get some practice in last night but rain put the cabosh to that!
Man I want to see what this thing can do! Hog Roast next weekend at camp if you guys can make it down...I know we can get that down the gas line trails which being a holiday will be the best trails to ride.
Drop that off as soon as you can bubby if you want me to do it. I plan to have my guys shoot that thing every couple hours for the next couple days so i know for a fact that it is completely sealed.
Only input I have is be careful with Kia. Very good friend of mine bought the SUV last year...motor blew at 5,000 miles and Kia completely washed their hands of it because he had the oil changed at Jiffy Lube. Kia claimed the reason it blew was because it didn't have a Kia oil filter on it. Jiffy lube did extensive testing on the oil and filter that was on the vehicle and found no fault of theirs so they washed their hands of it. Long story short he had to file an insurance claim on the vehicle to get a new motor.
I will look tonight, it has been a long time since i took the class but i remember him talking about this in our course because we had someone asking about drinking and carrying on their own property.
not sure by any means if this is right but the way I was explained was already stated, and that is if you violate the terms of your permit (drinking) then it is like you did not have the permit at all at the time of arrest...there fore he will be facing an illegal carrying of a firearm and a DUI?
Conrad, let me know if you get out. I have some new tires being mounted that i would like to get some laps on before next race. Also would love to watch your lines while you are passing me!
I don't have problem giving serial number, but i also have documentation on all my firearms from pics, serial numbers purchasing receipts etc (mainly for the dreaded need of ever having to file insurance claims on them). Tell him you would like to run his as well and send it to me and i will have his ran for you to verify his is in fact not "hot"
It moves the holster and weapon from your waste to the side of your thigh for faster draw speed. Theory behind it is your arm is already in that position so it saves you the time to move up to your waste then draw then fire VS drawing and firing.
