I will look tonight, it has been a long time since i took the class but i remember him talking about this in our course because we had someone asking about drinking and carrying on their own property.

not sure by any means if this is right but the way I was explained was already stated, and that is if you violate the terms of your permit (drinking) then it is like you did not have the permit at all at the time of arrest...there fore he will be facing an illegal carrying of a firearm and a DUI?

I don't have problem giving serial number, but i also have documentation on all my firearms from pics, serial numbers purchasing receipts etc (mainly for the dreaded need of ever having to file insurance claims on them). Tell him you would like to run his as well and send it to me and i will have his ran for you to verify his is in fact not "hot"

It moves the holster and weapon from your waste to the side of your thigh for faster draw speed. Theory behind it is your arm is already in that position so it saves you the time to move up to your waste then draw then fire VS drawing and firing.

I need to talk to you, I have one of these in a 9mm build. Is this legal to put the butt stock on once you get the stamp? I am not sure how the barrel works being 10", when you add the butt stock to that 10" barrel doesn't it make it illegal?

The power commander i have on the Raptor 700 is pretty cool. I have 3 maps loaded in mine right now and i can hook the lap top up and adjust to any map i want within seconds. I have not played with this feature yet but you can customize your map too by adjusting fuel, air etc. all on the lap top.

Call Extreme Tech, they are a little bit of a drive but Jeff LOVES Honda's and thats all he has ever raced. Great tuner with a Dyno and an all around good guy that knows his stuff. Oh and he is pretty reasonable on pricing.
