Nonsense! I missed Sunday and that's because I had camp issues and the only other time was the day before the race and that didn't make sense to me to run the day before a race.

might have the 450 ready this weekend, if so I am finding him just to run from him and laugh! -
Riding down probably wont be a problem for you, but I would ask yourself if you can enjoy the riding down there and still be able to make the 300+ miles back home.
