Disagree... It is absolutely the right of congress to dismiss or confirm appointees. The president only gets the right to nominate, congress gets the decision. the whole idea of quid pro quo is distructive to our political process. If this was the case, who is stopping a setting president from knocking off all of his opposition and appointing judges to forward his agenda because there is no congressional opposition? the fact that so many Supreme Court justices get little to know opposition is disturbing to me. The appointment is for life and has more power over our laws then any president or setting congress.

The title only needs to be notarized for mileage and selling price, and really has nothing to do with the buyer. a notary can not get in trouble for notarizing with out buyer present. If they think so, they do not know the law.

Yes new the Odyssey is pricy, but you can pick up an off lease 2-3 years old under 36k miles for 24k to 30k depending on trim package. Drive it for 5 years or more and still get great resale. Have never bought a car new and never will, just doesn't make financial sense to take a 5-10k hit on something that depreciates over time. Honda certified gets you a 100k warranty plus the remainder of the new warranty. I would take a 2-3 year old Honda or Toyota over a new Chrysler for the same money every time.

If you border Wayne county, they are a well oiled machine. Less than a week schedule, and you have the license the next day, or 2 days via mail. They have the night shift run backgrounds during slow moments. May the most efficient county in the state.
