  1. +4 if things change after the next model forecast from the national weather service we might be ok, but Sunday is the better day for sure. I am in either way, but won't leave the house in a downpour...just a person thing.
  2. Anything under 38 on the rear on the street with sport touring tires will reduce tire life considerably. It will also negativity effect handling and feel. Sport touring tires are designed to heat quickly at higher pressure than a sport or track tire. 36F and 40R is a good starting point. If you have a heavy bike or weight over 200 pounds, I would go up from there. I am 300# with gear and also run a GT spec rear and normal front. There really is no decernable difference between a "GT" spec or regular tire that I can feel. My only indication was about 2500 more miles on the "GT" and a much more even wear pattern, kept its profile and did not flat spot.
  3. I get 6-7 with T30 on the FZ1, and yes the C14 eats tires. My ZRX ate tires, tried them all and 3500 to 4 was tops.
  4. T30 is the best grip/longevity tire on the market. PR4 is over priced and just not as good. Ron Haslam runs them exclusively at his superbike school.
  5. Welcome nice work!
  6. Welcome! Ada was in my old stomping grounds! Originally from Bath Township on the Allen East Boarder. i know some decent roads that will help keep you occupied between SEO rides.
  7. Can check the balance on the tire, I am in Medina.
  8. Lots of misinformation and ignorant opinions out there. WD40 will not harm a chain in any way and cleans as well as kerosene.
  9. Hi James! Nice meeting and talking with you tonight! This is a great place for information, laughs, anger, and good hearted fun. Let me know if you need any help getting your bike sorted.
  10. My father has aways had a bike and would take my sister and I on rides all over the place. First ride was on a Kawasaki H1 500, I was terrified, but also never the same! All 3 of my kids have taken rides around the neighborhood by age 3 and have accompanied me to every super bike race at Mid-Ohio from age 1 up. My oldest (14) rides a moped and is so hooked on bikes that it is all he talks about for years. My daughter (12) also wants to get moped and ride a bike once she is old enough. My youngest (10) rides motocross and started racing towards the end of last year. All of them have had dirtbikes starting with PW50's. Motorcycles have become a common interest between my children and I, and our lives are better because of it.
  11. If you paid with PayPal more than likely you got the email and the refund already, had mine within a couple hours after Derek got the decision. If you paid by credit card, it may be a week.
  12. I am sure with 2 people and running it once or twice a week you will get better mileage. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids between 10 and 14 and the washer runs everyday with at least 2 loads. Even LG admitted they figured their warranty at 1 load a week over the 10 year period.

    Gravel rides?

Check out Pink Bike for good prices on used Mountain and Crossovers. Had two friends buy a Kona and Transcend which are very well equipped bikes (Fox Air and Ohlins) equipped bikes for under a grand apiece. Both were like new and the Transcend is a $10k bike as equipped.
  14. Stay away from any of the "HE" top or front loads. They are shit only last 4-7 years and are very costly to repair. Go to a proper appliance dealer that carries Speed Queen commercial products and you can buy a washer and dryer with 25 year and life time warranty for under your budget. The washer is around $700-$750 and the dryer is less. Spent crazy money on LG appliances that had "10 year warranty" it covers shit and both were broke in less than 5 years. Went Speed Queen and could not be happier! As a bonus your clothes will actually be clean in 20 minutes rather than still dirty 2 hours later.
  15. @DerekClouser think you are going to have to push the issue with them, you are 5 days in and no decision.

The 780 mile trip to see shit bikes made me salty, that and Derek's inability to not shit himself every 10 minutes.

    New Bike!

Don't buy the book Brandon, I already have the PDF version. I will crank it out on the work copier/printer and throw it in a binder. You will have to tab it out if that is your thing.

She is clean and like new!
  21. Went to bed at 3:30 AM and up at 6... Yes I was trolled
  22. I think the well ran dry. It's not like the RNC wanted him in the race, as it's pretty obvious where the establishment money is going. A man who has only won one state but seems to have unlimited campaign money. The convention will be interesting. Part of me wonders if this might be A back room deal by Trump and a VP or cabinet promise. My faith in both parties (what was left of it) has went to zero. Time will tell.

Craigslist and people suck. They were actually bent that you would not let them joy ride it with no cash? Looked at three bikes this weekend that were listed as excellent condition. 2 looked as though they had been through a cornfield, laid down on both sides, and both were dirty as fuck. I know condition is subjective, but what the fuck! Ready to board the @Tonik trane of hate!
