  2. Move on ? You lost your wallet without having someone rape your credit cards.
  3. I'm not, I don't have said problems.
  4. These multi-link setups are VERY sensitive to imbalance... Have the wheels/ tires road-force balanced and see if that helps...

  8. I'm 100% with you. That is the only thing that "sticks out" on the car, looks fricken awesome man!
  9. If Roy wants to "vent" on CR in the Kitchen, he should damn well know how it's going to end. You have to remember that most of CR is comprised of keyboard hermits. If you're only exposure to Roy (he largely lurked and sold stuff) is his thread about beating someone's ass because he owes them money, most of CR is going to make up their own minds before they get the chance to meet the guy.
  10. For the reading impaired, IE: PHIL: He's not talking about on CR, he's talking about issues on others forums.
  11. I think you might be forgetting the other side to that equation. The torque & shock load is also distributed across 2 sets of differentials and drive wheels. In this scenario, you are 50% more likely to destroy half-shafts or destroy a diff if you ever get it to hook up. Unless they fab a one off gearbox, which would shoot the price through the roof, there is reason to worry.
  12. Sadly, you could probably fix it you your own garage quicker. But, free gas & loaners FTW.

  14. It's remarkable condition, looks barely driven. Awesome pickup. Whilst I'm not a fan of "Murdering" something out, I would entertain plasti-dipping the front chrome pillars.
  15. In order for this car to really "save" driving it will have to have some power. Otherwise this will fall into the same bucket as the RX8. There is simply no room for "cars that handle really well but get passed on the highway by a minivan with 5 kids in it. The RX-8 was arguably one of the best handling cars in recent years from the factory, but had the power of a slug, of course it had a shitt non-mod liking power plant as well> This thing COULD WORK if they offer a turbo version, or it's really really easy to strap on another 150-200hp. The weight is right, the right wheels are being driven, it's a manual. You just need that last little thing to push people over.
  16. Safelite is great if you don't have auto-wipers / light sensor that is stupid picky about glass. :fuuuu:
  17. I dig it, but only if we can easily tack on another 100hp+ The Subaru Turbo version could be seriously awesome. Around 300hp, RWD, 6Mt. Could be a great track car base for a lot of people, or a weekend Auto-X fun car.
  18. Make you wish we had real winters here... http://www.ferdinand-motor.no/images/stories/albums/Ferdinand_Winterchallenge_2011/IMG_6848.jpg
  19. Yes, but it's a Jeep. You can buy a new one for what it costs for a good pack of bubble gum. Fenders: 75 Cents
