    New coupe

I'm green, I've always wanted one of those.
  2. Some manifold pics from today, trying out a new dipping technique that's working pretty well: http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y59/14biggy/IMG_20131006_181737_zpsfb7d8fff.jpg Convex v-band weld, filled not dabbed: http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y59/14biggy/IMG_20131006_202351_zps71af8138.jpg
  3. Thank you. The foil is for back purging.
  4. It looks plenty elegant and all, but there's just not the market for a $70k Korean car in America currently. As said prior in this thread, give it a few years and hopefully that will change, as I think these cars show real promise in the luxury arena.
  5. I've had it preordered for awhile. I'm excited to shove people off the mountaintops.
  6. Welcome aboard, saw the car at Light the Night on Saturday. Pretty healthy little mod list you have there.
  7. Carbon/billet flywheel. Picked up a sponsorship from MVP Motorsports for it.
  8. Yep, was the old clutch giving me fits. Has an RPS triple in it now that'll alleviate all problems. Between that, nitrous, and no-lifting, I don't see why I'll have a problem.
  9. I've been taking detail shots throughout the process. They can be found on the BP Autosports Facebook page linked in my signature.
  10. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y59/14biggy/IMG_20130901_194841_zps05f8fd6a.jpg Been wanting to do this shot for awhile. All of the components for my new turbo system (minus a few little odds and ends). Built entirely by me right here at BP Autosports, LLC. Kit is comprised of the following: -BPA equal radius tubular T6 manifold -BPA 5" downpipe -Garrett GT4708 turbocharger w/BPA custom wastegate provision and compressor outlet -Turbosmart Powergate 60mm wastegate -BPA 11ga 3"/4" hotside/coldside charge pipes, respectively with clamshell clamp -Turbosmart Race Port 50mm blowoff valve -BPA intake manifold w/CNC head flange and 4.5" plenum I think it just might flow enough.
  11. I work for myself by myself at the shop. My ears are always open to custom work, but if I have limited time and have to invest it where I see the most profit and expansion available to me in the future. In considering releasing a small line of fab components in the near future; have to keep true to my mindset and my vision.
  12. I've spent time acquiring tools, sourcing materials, etc. Bear in mind I've only just started transitioning to prouduction work, I've done custom work for a few years prior and that money's paid for a majority of the tooling, etc. I do receive some assistance from my father, but he is my business partner in this venture.
  13. The only thing I have sitting around is a GE block/crank, but those are going to be used for my motor build.
  14. Put all the parts on that I've built so far. Very pleased with the outcome: http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y59/14biggy/IMG_20130817_191221_zpsfe68be23.jpg
  15. Keith, I'm currently prototyping production parts and not taking in any custom work. If that changes in the near future, I'll let you know.
  16. Sure is, I'll post a pic of the whole hotside setup once I get the wastegate provision and screamer pipe done. It's super beefy.
  17. 5" Supra downpipe. Over 11ft of welding in this one and a hell of a lot of argon. Came out pretty nice though:
  18. I don't think I can weld that back together. Get the new diff in, we'll get the leak fixed, and hit the IFO in September.
  19. BPA version two 2JZ T6 manifold finally revealed:
