Clay, whatever works man! I've seen much worse before, it'll work quite well for what you're doing. John, thanks man, it's definitely taken some time to get to the point where I feel good about posting my pictures up. Glad to hear you still have the Buick, I unfortunately got rid of mine to continue with my Supra project, which has been bittersweet. The LC2s are cool, but an LS is definitely the way to go for "cheap" power. Hopefully we'll be able to check each others projects out at a C&C this year.

Thanks man, my aim was a nice, smooth bend there. It's also a great test of weld consistency.

Full time student and company owner-operator. I'll graduate with an associates in automotive and high performance technologies which I then plan to use to further my business ventures or seek other employment doing production manifold work. I may never get rich doing this, but it's allowed me to pursue a career I truly love in a field I'm very passionate about. I greatly enjoy working with my hands, turning my visions into realities, testing theories, and having the opportunity to push myself to improve with a task I find enthralling. I hold the mantra "if you enjoy your job, you'll never work a day in your life" very close.

Thanks, John, still have the GN? Thanks, Jesse. Titanium is not easily mandrel bent, nor do I have a mandrel bender at my disposal. It's easier to do low-angle pie cuts to maintain a long radius bend, good centerline radius, and proper flow.
