It's not always about time when making the jump, I'm still riding novice after a few track days because most guys have told me it's really important to be consistent on every lap...something Im working on. The other guys in the group, ideally, should be able to predict your lines.

Robert Jensen gave me some excellent advice over at Spiegler when I had him set up my bike. Dont be afraid to mess with your suspension (within reason of course). If you have a baseline set up, try messing with a setting (small inputs) everytime you get out there to see what it does to your bike and how the suspension changes. That way you'll understand what each setting does to your bike and how it makes it feel handling wise.
