  1. The tune is as far as we can go right now. I just spent the last 5 hours putting things back together from checking things again. My issue is with getting my boost controller and the gain to work with the fuel. However, you can't adjust the fuel anymore until the other 2 are in check. So, yes it's tuned. But, no I haven't made more power over 9lbs yet. PM me with how your things are going.
  2. In August 2006, Mazda announced that it would recall its 2004, 2005 and some 2006 Mazda RX-8s due to a miscalculation with oil metering of its RENESIS engine. Mazda reported that this had led to the engines in some RX-8s to experience problems with severe power loss and rough idle, most notably in warm climates and those exposed to high traffic conditions. Mazdas recall allowed the models to be tested for the power-loss problem, and that all engines that failed a vacuum test were replaced at no charge, even if the car was out of warranty. The replacement engines also corrected other issues ranging from flooding, hard starting and complete loss of compression. Mazda said that only about 1% of the RENESIS engines needed to be replaced. However, on all the vehicles that did not require an engine replacement, Mazda said that the ECU was reflashed to provide for more oil injection at idle and under low rpm driving. Under the recall, the catalytic converter and leading spark plugs were also checked and replaced as needed. Mazda then extended all recalled vehicles drivetrain warranty to five years/60,000 miles. It should be noted here that full synthetic oils should not be used in Mazda rotary engines, which have unique and specific lubrication requirements. Always check the vehicle owners manual.
  3. I don't have my insurance with them. However, if I were to look into another carrier, They would be my first call. Good to know info, Anthony. Thanks
  4. If I was to get one, it would be that color. Very nice. Welcome to the rotary's.
  5. What did you pay for them? Interested.
  6. We are in the same area often seeing the same things.
  7. If you are in the military, to include the Guard, or have been in within the last 12 months, I strongly encourage you to open an account with USAA. Some other GOV agencies are eligible too. I have been banking and have other accounts with them for over a year. What they offer and can work with, is by far the best of any financial institution I have dealt with (And I do loans for a living). I bought my Subaru through them and it was very easy. I have my one credit card with them and the rate is good and I have never had an issue (unlike other cards). Here's one of the coolest things. If you have a checking account with them and need to deposit a check, you can do it from home, work, or kinko's. All you have to do is scan it and send it to them. It's in your account and available in 15 minutes. They credit you based on you not stealing from them. Then you destroy the check (once it shows on your account). Every account can be dealt with completely online. At least call them, if you are eligible, and see what you think. 1-800-862-6909 or at https://www.usaa.com/inet/ent_utils/McStaticPages?key=become_member_main

  9. Search this board for RX 7. Many of us have written several replies to people who have asked a similar question. Just read through and you will find it all. If you still have questions, feel free to PM me.

  15. Looks good. Easy to find info and doesn't hurt your eyes with too much going on. One change I would make is to the picture of your office. It seems glummy. It might just need a sunny day picture to be taken.
  16. I guessing on something here. You're right handed? Those 3 exercises are the you did or your back are very stressful. With out proper form (sounds like what happened) or too much weight too soon (could be the combo), you are going to end up with the pulled muscle you have. Tight and tender = muscle. Pinched or sharp pain = nerve, tendon, or ligament. Muscle treatment: 1st 72 hours use ice. If still tender, hot soak in a tub is ok, but you need to stretch slowly and get mobility back into the muscle. You should do this several times a day. If it's not a muscle, this is going to suck ass. Not other way to say it. Hope for a pinched nerve. That is just a twist from a chiropractor usually, and you're ok. Anything else, see a DR. and take your time not to stress the injury. Hope that helps a little.
  17. Holy shit, that's him! Where the hell has he been? Queens, I guess.
  18. That car needs a 45R not that little thing. hehe.
  19. Yes. But, in the last year and a half no as mush. And never have I seen one sitting so far back from the road.
  20. No. I was almost the rider in the back seat. Thanks to someone flashing their headlights to me in the south bound lane, I was able to slow down a bit. Quit E-stalking me. It's creepy coming from a dude. I already have one freak on here doing it.
