I know there are many places that charge $35. I don't know for sure what the limits are. But, If I needed something notarized on a weekend and found someone to do it, I would be sure to make it worth their while. I should hear something soon. She getting out of her pole dancing class soon. hehe

The Nano and the Nike site sync to organize everything. You do not need the Nike shoes to run this. I bought a small Velcro pouch that goes on my shoe, and the Nano takes care of the rest. I have yet to try this with my bike, but plan to. Try this, you will love it. Best $30 I have spent in a long time.

I have been Anti-AEM for no reason, other than I thought they were a ricer equipment company. 2 weeks ago I installed their Tru boost, boost controller, and love it. Now that I have looked into them more, this is a kit I would consider. Free bump for a good price. I will be looking into this kit more.

For guys: Glutamine, 30 min before. Cell mass (creatine), immediately after. Then a Whey blend and food within twenty minutes of work out. Glutimine again 1 hour to 30 minute before bed.
