  1. ^^ Thanks. I never am done there, so going there is a PITA with a goofy exit. I'll keep your guy in mind for next time.
  2. I said fuck it and sold all four doe $60 on here. I was pissed. Thought I hit a dead body. Blew out both passenger side tires. This is why I run a minimum of a 50 sidewall on winter tires and keep them on until April, that's about when the potholes are fixed. http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l284/dsnowgod/0bce88f8.jpg
  3. Not sure who was doing it for IPS, but Hoblick has been powder coating on the side out of his garage. I'm sure he can color match. He just did my wheels and they are exactly as we talked about them being. FWIW, I dropped off a wheel to wheel medic last year for some curb rash fixing and then repaint. The paint didn't match the other wheels, so I had to bring them back. Picked them up, and they matched. Three months later, the paint was chipping off in a couple places. Now, another trip down there to fix paint and hope the color matches. Ronnie is a great guy, and I enjoy talking to him. But, I'm let down by the several trips for the same wheel to be repaired.

  5. Can't fill a pothole in the road, but check out this cool statue. Countless veterans, LEO's, Fire fighters, EMS, and other public servants have done great things too. Not everyone needs a statue or to get a prize.

You get what you pay for in guns. Call Hipoint and see how their customer service is. I would guest it's not at the level you received from Sig. Great to hear they were willing to take the gun back with no issue. Get 500 rounds through those Sigs and let us know any updates. Ruger and Kel Tek have exceeded my expectations everytime.

Waaaaaay too many malfunctions in that little amount of ammo that was fired. Are you shooting reloads? Congrats on the new pick ups of guns, but I would be heated with all those issues. I bought a $1XXX.xx gun years ago. I was pretty excited to have it. Damn thing malfunctioned every shot. I had higher expectations for reliability. I ended up sending it back to the manufacturer. They sent it back to me and it worked fine. I called and asked what the issue was, as the work order didn't give details, just codes. They said it worked fine for them, and that they did nothing. That's bullshit. They found an issue and fixed it. Gun has never malfunctioned since. Just FYI, if you can't even get 500 rounds through the gun to break it in, there may be other issues.
  8. My thought is this thread is started with you supporting Clinton, with a redirect of you saying Trump is the better of the two, but you say you're worried about gun issues. No one is taking our guns. British and Aussi confiscation/sell back can never work here because the threat of imprisonment can't be supported, do to our courts and prisons being overwhelmed already. Confiscation would cost too much, to an already strained financial situation. So back to be realistic. Clinton let Americans die over sea's and tried to cover it up. There is not a good candidate with strong numbers.
  9. I would scrap the dealership approach and go to a push button start with a Viper car alarm that has all the features of the stock key set up. Better, cooler, and probably less than $1200.
  10. You know they had a blast making that. Good to have a fun group to work with. Happy birthday, Doc.
  11. We are checking dates. They are usually taught on Sundays. If there is a date you know works for you, please pm me and We can lean toward that date for scheduling a class.
  12. Everyone can go back to their jobs that they don't get paid to drive for fun now, break's over.
  13. Agreed. He did so much with a car in earlier vids, pretty much all he has left is changing location.
  14. MAG type cars are going to have the same cost level for service and related charges, as the cars they sell have for a sticker price. From what you wrote, I see nothing different from when I brought my E46 there back in the day. Someone who knows service departments would be far better to comment than me on this. The side factors of European cars took the appeal away from them for me. I see them as disposable income cars, largely due to the maintenance and my inability to do all the work. Sounds like small things are going to cost a lot. Perhaps insist wife take the car for service herself, or trust your judgment.
  15. Over 200 members have an opinion on one member. Makes me wonder if everyone came under fire and people voiced their opinions on each member, what things would be said. His thread's and posts are not what I look for and think, "I really value his input when he posts". Some people have the drive to interact in different ways. Some people just have other shit to do. Thus far, no CR rules are broken.
  16. Freedom Munitions is running 5% off all ammo and free shipping today. That can get you 500 rnds of reman 9mm, shipped for less than $95. And 500 rnds of 223 Rem Reman would be around $160. http://www.freedommunitions.com/In-Stock-Now-s/53970.htm
  17. That B7 is a very cool car. I've heard there are 3 in the area.

    Ruger SR22

Congrats. I have a couple of them for the CCW class. Great little gun. They get a lot of use, and with that has come some common .22 semi auto issues. I will continue buy these and MP22's.
  19. So there's a guy on the far edge of Westerville, where it meets Johnstown, who seems to work on Ferrari's. For years I have seen many different models there from the 80's and 90's. Though I did not see this car come from that house, I assume it did. It was light blue, and I had never seen one before. It looked amazing. It was left hand drive, as from what I have read, only 22 were made in right hand drive. Did I see a unicorn, or are there a few of these around? http://jalopnik.com/5252193/steve-mcqueens-23m-ferrari-250-gt-lusso-what-can-brown-do-for-you
  20. I was thinking of road debris after posting. This might happen. I do like it, a lot!
