  3. Dozzer will get you stroking right.
  4. Damn, that's fast. I'm literally working on the banners for the Grand Opening right now. June 14th should be pretty fun there. I'll have the rock climbing wall set up, and some peddle karts for fun challenges.

    Duke engine

The rotary did very well in many places, and had a very strong following in New Zealand, Australia, yes in the US also. Surprisingly to many, Puerto Rico loved this motor and put some pretty impressive cars together with it.

    Duke engine

With the high RPM, cooling it is the difficult part. If it can't be cooled, than that's going to break it dawn and fail quickly. For use on an aircraft or prolonged use car, forced air for cooling would make a great difference. It would be interesting to see this some usable platform.

Spoken like a person who put his faith in someone else to make good choices for them. And now you've become an opinionated elder. Forcing his outlook on everyone, whether they want it out not. It's a little sad actually. I sympathize you being so unhappy. Nothing worth posting now, you know it all.

No one mass produces the rotary anymore. Mazda stopped in June of 2012. And of that list, 3 makers had working models. It doesn't mean it didn't work. It wasn't profitable to continue to make it. And auto makers are looking for the profit, of course. But, you didn't post in this to add anything useful or any insight. You posted to argue, with your continued defense being that something sucked to you. Very informative.

    Duke engine

There have been several hydro engine's that worked very well, that we still hear nothing about. The Duke engine is a great combination mechanical engineering. As for those who complain the "rotoay sucks", I have to say you suck at maintaining one, or are too close minded to use it within it's intent. Sure you can bully a Jew hating Nazi with a name like Wankle, cause it sounds funny. The fact is, major car manufactures bought rights to build and use rotary motors in their car's. Company's like Alfa Romeo, American Motors, Citroen, Ford, General Motors, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Suzuki, and Toyota. So apparently some pretty smart people in the car world saw this could work. Difference would be, Mazda made it work. But, it required different care than people would give other cars. So, the car would fail, do to neglect. And people would be upset about something they didn't care for properly and bad mouth it. The rotary and the duke function unlike what we see in most engine designs. Until any thing is proven, most people hate it, because it's different. Tonik, you seem very over opinionated and closed minded. Did you once have a rotary you didn't know how to care for?
  11. I thought rolling 100,000 miles, while doing 100mph, was an interesting combo. I didn't have much time on the closed course I was on for the pic.
  12. Damn, sorry it doesn't work out. My hope is that it is a good enough deal for someone to grab, even if they have an old one still working.
  13. In an effort to go very low energy in our house we bought last year, we are replacing the hot water heater with a Geospring unit. This hot water heater works perfectly fine, with no issues at all. It will be replaced on June 4, and available for pick up after that. In the mean time, I invite you to come and see it yourself, and test it to see that it has no issues at all. we can run all 4 sinks with hot water, run the dishwasher, 3 showers and even run the washer if you like. It's just the wife and I here, so it has seen light use, and the couple before us had no kids, so it was light use with them. The unit was installed in 2008, and has a 12 year warranty. We have all of the original paperwork to go with this. This is a pick up only deal. I can not transport. Water heater details: Kenmore 55 gal. 14. I was pulled over in the FD once. I was wrong on every level. Like, go to jail wrong. I pulled over before he had to tell me to. He ran my info, asked what my hurry was, told me he really liked the car, and was very happy I pulled over because he did not want to chase me. He told me to slow it down and let me go. Just like any field, people are going to have pet pev's that make them awesome to some, and assholes to others.
  15. A bit blurry, but you can make it out. http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l284/dsnowgod/DE2C1D10-227F-4A53-85C7-7837F362ED6A_zpsyjvepedj.jpg

  17. Maybe it's common practice with most LE. However, given the crackdown on seat belt violations commercials that are running right now, it's still a law they enforce. Calling a secondary, just allows room to argue it. The mistreatment being claimed aside, the situations sucks. But, if she wasn't wearing her belt, it's a law for a reason. You have to understand, there is no way the Officer could know she was using it just as a lap belt. I would look up the laws for lap belts and see if there was a manufactures restriction/law that was passed, mandating shoulder restraint belts in cars. If there isn't anything out there; how is the way she wears it any different from some old car on the road? And, is the practice to pull the old cars over and ticket them too? If this is fought or you take any action to defend it, I'm sure we would all benefit from hearing the out come.
  18. I guess you aren't counting the mobile meth lab they pulled over in Athens. Or the numerous large marijuana seizure's from traffic stops in the last two weeks. And are we not going to credit the traffic stop that seized 805 Hydrocodone pills, worth approximately $5,000? You don't have to like it, but it is working.

  22. Take your logic, and get outta here.
  23. Drove Rt 33 to OU for the day, then back to Columbus. Saw about 20 cops. Not one, that did not have someone already pulled over. Business was good for them today.
  24. Thanks, Tim. Thought this might make another fisherman very happy.
