well as a 80's kid i've always loved transformers and i actually have a decepticons tattoo aswell on my right elbow

i thought they had the same bikes we get but they are all underpowered due to some restriction there. on my r1 forum guys on there are trying to get the EU or US versions imports back to japan so they get a full spec bike

well was tired of waiting for the end of the year so i took an evening with some buddys and installed the rest of my goodies i've been picking up on sale -switched back to red pass. seat from the white one i had. -gilles rear sets -gilles chain adjusters (still looking for deal on the lifters if any venders see this) -decepticons decals

when you move the foot rest back you can also move the lever back with it.

motomummy.com is running a crazy sale on these from 589 discounted to 340. top notch sets. whish they would have had gold and black instead of just straight gold. but for half off i'll take it they arent the most comfy compared to stock but they give me a waaayyyy better sense of control. and most importantly for me they look awsome.

your describing an r1 (more spacious and comfy then r6, never have to rev the piss out of it, its not as good as an r6 on the track but your only doing 1or 2 days a year and even when you do them it will still be a fun bike to ride) get an 03+ fuel injected R1

hey guys wanted to share some of the work i've been doing lately. this carbonwrap stuff is TITS!! its reusable even after you peel it off of the paper had some scraps laying around for few weeks and they stuck to bikes just like new material off the roll. no more getting when you get a crease or wrinkles, just pull it up add some heat and BAM smooth operator! first is cbr 600f4 then a duc 999 did you know this material is the OEM interior for ferrari? here it s on a 360spider feel free to PM me if you want to carbon some bits on your bike. both those jobs are less then $60 bucks so great way to get the look of carbon without the cost

Yes i have it for $35 for a 18x24 sheet I have new pics but my comp is down and i cant attatch them from my phone. So i have install pics from few projects

i can only wrap existing parts but heres some work i did today. my 09 r1 customers ducati 999 parts (ill get installed pics this weekend) real carbon on left and di-noc on right. just my first few goes at this stuff but i'm getting better and better. but even if you just want the material i can sell you some of it and you can do your own projects.

using 3m di-noc and its good because 3m makes it!.....but seriously its great to work with because it conforms to complex shapes, its removible with no resedue, it has the actual texture that you can feel, and its 10times cheaper for the exact same effect. not gonna replace carbon wheels but it will do nicely for fairings or wind screens ( the kinda stuff that only gets replaced for looks) if you are close to columbus i can give you some to check out and you decide if its good for your project

hey guys i'm starting a little side venture into doing carbon fiber look wraping. great for smaller bits and peices that you dont want to pay 100+ dollars for just for it to look carbon. so PM me if you want to check some out and see it in person. its really neat stuff and you can do alot with it. as i do more projects i'll update this thread with more pics i can get you the raw material or i can wrap it for you; what ever is easiest for you. here are some pics to show you some ideas of how you can utilize it (this is NOT my work) but i'll snap some pics tonight at bike night of some small bits i did for myself and friends
