    Oh, the peices are starting to fall into place on my entry. Still gotta pick up the old girl next week or so. Good thing the wife and kids got Dad a new SawzAll for christmas. (as well as a new set of Perelli Angel ST's for the FZ1)

    Thanks... My next planned build is gonna be outside my comfort zone. Going old school. Anybody know what kind of steel tube I need to get to hard tail an old Yamaha XS400?

    I just passes over the ABS with a propane torch and bent it into the shape I wanted. Step outside in the cold and it stiffens up quick.

    We pulled the Radian in the game room this weekend to finish it up. Builtside covers out of ABS black sheet & finished all the wiring. I call it done.

    Got up at 04:30 today to go get the kid at the airport. After we all get back I was able to finish up the tail and got a good start on the rest. Holding off on the carb work till everything is all buttoned up. Some wiring and side covers need built yet. Had to pull it out in the sun and take a few pics.

    Due to the lovely blizzard like conditions here, petcock leak & and carb problems, the bike has not made much progress. The kid will be home on leave in 24 hours & she wants to help me finish this bike up. Updates to follow.

    14 years, Infantry, PSYOP, SF. Spinal injury yanked my jump status so I limped away and had to become a cop. GM Lordstown wasnt hiring snipers. My 18 y/o daughter is now Military Intel /Airborne. 5th Generation Army.

    If you plan on just selling thold girld I'd agree Link & 'strings. If you HAVE to paint it, let me know what's your budget. After I finish the kid's bike my paint room is free.

    Still messing with the tail. But the rest will sit in color till I get the work week behind me to I can do some sanding here n there then clear coat.

    I like the first one a bit better. Hard to say in a photo. You might be better off giving the colors you want and telling hom to do what he does. I'm sure you will be happy with it.

    On the FZ1: fluids,chain, tires & maybe black it out some more. VFR: fix up some wiring Look for some old barn metrics that are lost to time and see what I can salvage And hope to get alot done on my CB750 project...
