All 140lb's of pure brute force hasn't moved it, haven't tried heating it and smacking with a hammer but I don't want to f the integrity of the swingarm because of the spool tab

I can remove the spool if I want to, its the mounting tab that is bent the bolt isn't broken off in it or anything. I'ts a slight bend but I can't bend it back by hand.

So I installed my T-rex spools on my sv1000 and tried to lift the bike with my pit posse stand which in turn slid and the weight of the bike was resting on the left spool which was all jacked up, it was scary because the bike was about to fall on my car (double destruction:eek:). I was able to get the bike down and T-rex sent me new spools because the derlin was done at that point. Now I put my bike on the stand with the new spool and the tab under the swingarm is bent. FFFUUUUGGG!! The bike can rest on the stand but the stand seems slightly bent and the spool is bent more, I'm sure I can use the stand because the other spool rests on it fine. so my question is, can a new 8mm tab be welded onto the swingarm? Anyone know where I can get this done (I'm in Cleveland)and can it be done with the swingarm on the bike, I really don't want to take it off because It's a pain to adjust the chain and wheel alignment etc...

There are women at my job that make more money than me that haven't been there as long and work less(a few guys also)...what's this about equal pay?

I'm guessing my current FS back protector would fit because the jacket shape is pretty much the same. I've never tried an ICON jacket before ever, is the fit snug or is it on par with most other brands. I've had problems with speed & strentgh so far as the only brand that the fit was off. And hoblick is the jacket the same as pictured color-wise? These look nice, anyone else have anything?

Well, I for one wouldn't be worried at all about someone walking around with a gun in a holster, like stated earlier criminals hide their guns usually tucked in pants,pocket,hoodie..etc... i've been held at gun point before when my friend was robbed and the gun came from a pocket not a holster.

She already has an iron and washing machine, also cutting board, knife set, pots and pans etc.. I've "domesticated" her enough, call it selfish but i want to have some fun too that's ;)why no day at a spa or anything like that. I may check out the put-in-bay flight

So my girlfriends' birthday is at the end of the month and I wanted to do something cool and not the usual bday stuff...dinner, movie..etc.. so I was thinking about taking her out to ride in a plane, (I searched online a little but if anyone else knows of something let me know) she's never been in a plane before and i like WW2 planes so i was thinking she could ride in one while they do aerobatics(sic?) and I'd record it from the ground... I also thought the skydiving would be cool now after looking at that thread but I dunno, anyone have any input. She's pretty much fearless as far as I know about stuff, we've rode ziplines in the past and 2 years ago when we went to the top of the St. Louis arch she said she wanted to go higher..soooo...... And nothing about butt secks not for her birthday at least.

Was wondering if anyone had a Textile or Mesh jacket in sz. medium that they are looking to sell? I don't have $200 so no high end stuff. I'm not too concerend with color if the price/qualtity is there but of course black or gray is fine. I need to replace my fieldsheer mesh jacket that I hi-sided in because I slid all over the pavement (fun) and I'm thinking the mesh is weaker now, so now it's only for parking lot manuverablity drills.

So yesterday I woke up at 4:30am and worked from 5-9:30am then got a trailer from uhaul and drove from Cleveland to a suburb of Dayton, Springboro so the 4 1/2 hour drive was long for me. So when i get there I'm kinda lost and there are police cars patrolling all over...come to find out I picked the same day to get my bike that 2 guys chose to attempt a bank robbery around the corner from the sellers house! WTF! I could've been at that bank trying to get the title notarized and have been pissed. After 9 hours I had the bike in my garage. And I was thinking on the way there "man I bet they don't have any crime here" Now onto the bike It's an 03' Suzuki SV1000 a large upgrade from the Ninja 500, It's a lot of Ppppower! (Pics shortly its cold and I'm hungry)

I've also been at a job i hate but only stayed because of fear (8 yrs now), i've got my degree in a field that i'm not really interested in (Networking) and have looked at other jobs that required a degree I don't have. I think I can make a switch and you should also, EET stuff is interesting although I never really got into it but I bet like other people said, your experience is equivalent to that piece of debt..errr..degree. I also +1 on a vacation it'll put stuff into perspective and try something new, i've been etting into wood work and it's badass, I never imagined i'd be into something like that but I'm actually considering an apprenticeship into carpentry

YES!!! I went to Serverville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge Tennessee for vaction last week in a rented Toyota Corolla S....those mountain roads were INTENSE I'm planning a trip there again in a few months JUST to ride the mountain roads.
