My diet has been shitty for the past weeks, I'm hovering around 180, trying to cut down to 165-170 for shred mode. Food is a huge weakness. Fortunately, my strength is still on the rise and I'm on my way to DB Benching 100's.

I don't think most pre-workouts are geared for super long-duration activities. Even the most potent ones still fizzle out after an hour or two. The only thing I could think of to help at all is diet control.

Welcome to my life. It took two weeks to replace my rear suspension because of seized bolts, rust and having to keep buying replacement parts. Still waiting to do the front until I can get the right tools to saw through my seized front endlinks.
