I've spent a lot of time at races this year in "SEC Country" and their general fan base is more insane than the shitty 1% of the Ohio State or meatchicken fan base. These people cannot logic at all, most know nothing really about football, and can't spell college with auto-correct. I had an Arkansas fan tell me straight faced on saturday their team would "walk through" Ohio State, then the next day would not look at me for some reason... Bamatards are also some of the worst, they seem to forget the Shula or NCAA got caught cheating years for some reason, not sure why. Then you have the ND/Meatchicken fans, whose programs have not had any real meaning for years, yet they LOVE to bring up the 80's 90's more than VH-1 when speaking about how great they were.

Still tons to edit, just way to much business right now to do them all at one time.

Looks like I'm rolling out Wednesday night to help some vendors set up Thursday and start setting up photo shoots. Going to be a busy weekend

I'm used to it and get a giggle out of it. It looks like I'll be going to LS Fest to shoot pictures for a few different shops (Lingenfelter Performance, ERL Performance, Big 3 Racing, Nitrous Outlet, ect), magazines, and now individuals. Now I have the opportunity to help those who have helped me and pay it forward to others. I don't have a ton of money to donate to charity or things like that, but if I can use my skills to help people it feels good. Anyway, here is a video the shop put together using my shots from Norwalk, its just a street car :lolguy:

I will be writing a feature on this nasty twin turbo 8 second viper. This car is amazing, it sounds like a freaking airplane with the twins on it. This was my first time shooting with two strobes, thanks to Trish (damreds) for all the help tonight. Here are a few of the test shots

That track was on murder mode, just unreal how much grip they had going.

I went on sales calls to DC last week and the salesperson I was out with set up a call with law firm that does not use us much. They brought me in because of the area I handle and I was there to "balance" the sales call since the other sales person is stronger in our other products. After we met with the paralegal she spent the first 5 min. talking about all her past issues with the company. I was able to address all of them, build trust, and even got her to relax. She sent her first order to me directly yesterday, I beat her requested timeline by days, and she seems very happy. These are the kinds of things I will bring up in the interview, my ability to build relationships through trust and being honest with customers.

Is that you Cru Jones?

Thanks for the info Tim. After the last interview, this time they passed me through directly to the 2nd round since I did so well. If I am able to take a lunch between now and the interview I will hit you up for sure.

Do you have thunder in your heart?

Here's the thing, there really is no "scrpit" for this role, you are dealing with current customers trying to get them to invest into our other product offerings, or keep the account going as is. The job is really robust and will help get me ready for a bigger job later on, that's why I want this so bad. I don't have any bad sales habits to break, and I come from the more complex side of our operations so I know how that works and won't need to be "trained" on what goes on product wise. This is how my current role is, I do a certain job on my team that helps drive towards team goals, while also hitting my own. At this point I've crushed my numbers goals for the year and actually am starting to pass other people on the team.

So the media does not seem to interested in the latest on TV shooting, guess not enough people were killed for the elected trolls to care?

I will be interviewing for an Account Manager style job next week internally with my company have some questions for the sales people of CR. Now, I do have some sales and account management experience in the past, my current job also has some of this as well. This is not all foreign to me, I’m just trying to come up with the best way to prove my skills. This job will be mostly account retention, sales, and upselling of our services/products over the phone. There will be some travel to meet clients in person, but that will only be about 10-20% of the time. For this interview, do any of you have suggestions on what to prepare for, questions to ask, tips, ect? What kind of probing types of sales questions do some of you ask? What are the qualities of a good phone salesperson that I need to remind myself I have? Good points to drive home in the interview about my diverse background and how it rolls into a sales position? This would be a pretty positive step up for me, so I want to just crush this interview. The last time I was up for one of these I made it to the finals but got beat out because of my location here in Columbus. I have done my pre-interview research and have some questions I will ask about the position so I'm covered there.

The trickle down tech should be tasty :fuckyeah:

Tell me about it, I have to visit two people's graves that were killed by someone who was drunk behind the wheel, but their deaths don't deserve any type of control I guess? I know there are drunk driving laws, but the guy who killed my uncle had been popped for MULTIPLE DUIs, had no licence, still drove, and still killed.

There are a lot of people in this world that should not own a gun, knife, car, or some kitchen gadgets, that is a fact. I'm all for some smart gun reform and correct enforcment of current laws. The problem is that the elected idiots can't figure this out and the narrow mindset of political views will keep this from happening. Until then, the larger problems will keep on feeding into this, blame will be passed, and supid will keep winning. What maked me even more angry are the people who die in other preventable ways, but their deaths and family's plights are ignored because they are not high enough on the political food chain.
-
So what happens if he used a knife to kill them on live TV? What is it then? What if he used a car to run them down, or maybe a stolen bus?
-
Yes, because its easy to blame the tool rather than the problems, makes me sick.

This is where Urban will need to shine as a coach. Time to pull out some trick plays, break tendancy, and force VT to play on their heels. I bet you will see a few formations with Braxton, 12-gauge, and JT all on the field at the same time. They will need to take some pressure of the O-line and Easy-E so VT can't load the box up to much. I have a feeling this game is going to be a wild ride, IF OSU can walk out with a win that will tell the tale for this year. OSU goes in their and lays an egg, the media will shit on them and make sure they don't make the playoffs.
