  1. Welcome! Hope to see you around.
  2. That is THE finest looking fizzy I've ever seen. I'm in awe.
  3. Keep posting. I care enough to DVR the races and read these posts, but not enough to search out the information on my own. So thank you.
  4. Keep it clean and you'll love it forever! I had the 5.5 Target with the hooded site. I would go down to Dillon in Zanesville and just tear up the metal plates.
  5. Very nice. Congratulations! I think it's the best looking bike in the 2010 line-up.

    I'm getting very nervous...
  10. You kept all of those bikes? Must not be married.
  11. My daddy once told me, "It's only worth what someone will pay". Good luck with the sale!
  12. Congratulations. Sleep when you can my brother.
  13. I'm sure they will all shoot better than most of us are capable of shooting them. I used to have a 700 BDL in .243. Great gun, but I don't think it would necessarily be any better than the others listed. My current .308 is an 90 year-old Mauser conversion with a Mojo site. Actually, really accurate for such a cheap gun.
  14. You know it's riding season when your staff says "thank God, you've been a dick lately".
  15. No, it wouldn't be gay at all. I used to be self-conscious about it, but I'd rather ride and arrive clean and safe. I have a position that requires a suit some days and at least khakis and a tie the others. I go right to my office, take the gear off, take my washcloth to the bathroom, go back to my office and fix my helmet head with the washcloth and towel. People are used to seeing me, so the novelty is gone. Go for it! We need more professionals out there bringing some credibility to our passion.
  16. Had my first real ride of the season this morning as I commuted to work. Purchased some new Joe Rocket over-pants on Saturday. Even though they're mesh, they cut the chill.
  17. First commute of the year today. I'm all better now.

Just ordered S&B brass 9mm from Cabelas. $12.99 for box of 50. Free shipping if you spend over $150. I've shot S&B before and they'll do just fine for targets and zombies.
  19. Around the block. My vagina started to get a chill.
  20. I don't think you would go wrong with either. I've had several 10/22s. I've never had a problem with them and they are accurate as hell. Lot's of aftermarket mods available.
  21. Screw that. I'll live under a bridge. All I need is this motorcycle, and this lamp, and this pen.... that's all I need.
  22. When it's time to get a bike, don't bite off more than you can chew. Get something sensable, and used. Get used to it. Enjoy it. When you are comfortable, you can sell it for about what you paid and then move to that bigger bike. Starting out on a 1000cc sport bike is rarely a good idea. I started on a 250 and I feel that I am a better rider because I was able to concentrate on so many more things than throttle control. Not saying that you need to start out on a 250, but something with a good, gradual, throttle.
  23. For the most part. My wife stays home with the kids. So for me to wake up on Saturday and say "have a good day, I'm going riding" isn't going to cut it. That turns her 5-day week into a 6-day week. I'm sure if I really wanted to go, it's not a matter of permission. It's a matter of conscience. But that commute gets me to work with a smile and relieves the stress of the day on the way home. I already have May 22nd carved out.
