  1. Sep 18-19 Frazesyburg, Longaberger Homestead's Crawford Barn, 9 to 5 both days. Have you ever been to this and is it worth a trip over there to check it out?
  2. Thanks Speedy, I have a friend that drives by there a couple times a month so next time he calls I'll tell him to grab a couple boxes. I'm pretty sure I seen it at Kame's also but it was a little pricey for surplus.
  3. Hang tough thru this, Prayers Sent. <><
  4. What type of red dot did you go with on your NEOS ? Sounds like evryone had a good time.
  5. I've seen the ammo at Buckeye Outdoors and Woodbury Outfitters but it was like $15-16 for a box of 50. The best place to get it if you dont mind having it shipped is from The Ammo Store Inc. in Kettering, Ohio, they sell 80's surplus for $11-12 for 72 rounds or a tin of 1224 rounds for $149. In my opinion surplus ammo is the way to go.
  6. I used the gunbroker link for a grip comparasson not a price.
  7. I'm sorry it isn't a highly polished S&W 629 Classic for 100 bucks, it is an inexpensive handgun that is still covered with cosmoline still wrapped in the plastic bag that it came in. There in not a scratch on the finish and no bluing rubbed off of the barrel from the slide. I did go look at the grips for a broken spot and there is one chip out of the one panels that you can not see in my crappy cell phone pictures. There is no rust what so ever on the trigger, I don't know what is in the picture but it is not on the pistol. Sorry I wasted your time with this but hell people are trying to sell Jennings and Raven .22's for $125-150 and here is a link to another one that you can see the grip shape is the same. Thanks for looking and I will remove the offensive piece. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=190020348
  8. Removed from sale, Norinco model 54 Tokarev type pistol in 7.62x25 cal. As new condition with no scratches and still covered with cosmoline. Come with one mag, holster, cleaning rod and one 50 round box of ammo. Pics are from a cell phone and no box or manual, sorry.
  9. The wife and I was sitting in the dr's office filling out papers for the youngest to get his tonsils out and I was thinking whats this place is playing on tv? There was no sound and all the sudden the second plane hit and so did the reality, hey people this "IS" happening now. The place went silent and the nurses even came out to the waiting room to watch what was going on it was very sobering.
  10. Prayers sent for a complete recovery.
  11. I seen some at the Richfield Coliseum back in the 80's, they were a fill in to the mud bogs. The tractor puller Art Arfons' son had a jet powered four wheeler there that night. It was a crazy night.
  12. That just too good, forwarding now, lol.
  13. If you want to have fun there safely, then throw the door open and hit the lights real fast and watch the cockroach races. Some of them are big enough to carry away a happy meal.
  14. Nice ride, what color interior does it have, charcoal or gray?
  15. Those fine folks have been hanging out and making a scene for years and I believe that there is something in the Good Book that says judge not lest you be judged and calling the patrons and dancers names is judging. There was once a video that accused the Hole patrons or employees of throwing a bomb at the protesters. I thought it was great that the video showed a couple of protesters standing by a dumpster and walking away just before the bomb went off, I think they put it there. There is another part of the good book that that more or less says to witness and plant a seed of salvation then walk away, you done your job. These guys are so hung up on themselves that they don't follow the Bible any better than who they are preaching at. Keep an eye on your bikes if you stop there and they are around they are not to be trusted.
  16. If you look closely you will see that the bus not only used the truck as a ramp, it flipped it over in doing so. Look at the door of the truck and note where the door handle and window frame are. The truck is upside down in there, that is the rear wheel of the truck on the right of the picture. They hit hard!
  17. Not to make anything sound any worse than it is but the cranks are a weak link in the DRZ 400. The motors are noisy to start with but mine quieted down considerably by going with the manual cam chain tensioner.
  18. Thumpertalk.com has a good DRZ section over there. I have gotten a lot of good tech stuff from them, check it out. Good luck, hope its not as bad as it looks or sounds.
  19. Does Carlos still own this place, might have to stop in for lunch sometime.
  20. That turned out very nice, good job. A friend of mine had a red and white one right after we graduated high school, now I wonder what ever happened to that old bike.
  21. What all kind of parts are you looking for for your SuMo?
